What do you like best about Willow AI Governance Control Plane?

Honestly, the thing that sold me is how easy it is to connect to MCP servers. I'm a product designer, not an engineer, and I was able to get connected and start using the tools I needed without filing a ticket or waiting on anyone. The whole setup just felt obvious, which is rare. Before Willow I'd usually have to ask engineering to hook things up for me, now I just do it myself. It's made MCPs a normal part of how I work day to day instead of something I needed help with every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Willow AI Governance Control Plane?

What problems is Willow AI Governance Control Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Willow, every time I wanted to use an MCP server I had to go through engineering. That meant waiting, context switching, and usually losing momentum on whatever I was working on. Now I can just connect to what I need on my own and keep moving. It's removed a bottleneck I didn't even realize was slowing me down that much until it was gone. As a designer, being able to self-serve on tooling instead of depending on someone else's availability has been a bigger deal than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
