What do you like best about Willdesk?

It's a great app for encouraging your customers to reach out to you. Excellent customisation options to match your brand colours and options to add things like FAQ & order tracking. It's easy to use and install.

Customer support is also excellent, I had an issue my end integrating a third store and customer support sorted it quickly and were very friendly and helpful. The fact that you get the option to integrate three stores on the paid plan is well worth it!

I would highly recommend and I will be using Willdesk for more stores in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Willdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Willdesk is allowing customers to self-serve by looking up information before they get in touch. When they do need to get in touch, Willdesk offers an easy to use interface for customers to reach out to our customer support team. The Willdesk app instantly sends a notification when a customer submits an enquiry, so I don't need to constantly keep checking emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
