What do you like best about WideOrbit?

So many things! But the software is easy to use for sales orders and traffic.

Allows you to run your entire station under one domain and reduces errors on orders and duplicate entry saving stations a lot of money and sales/traffics relationship on finger pointing. The system basically runs itself in scheduling as long as spots are coded correctly to programming and against all the other systems I have used, WideOrbit GETS IT.

My parting words are set up the front end up correctly to your needs and your spots schedule correctly, inventory is accurate and can be managed in advance.

Truly a traffic,sales, business and billing along with on air logs or TV and cable playback it can be bought as one perfect system in the USA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WideOrbit?

Training for sales reps is overwhelming look at most aspects as big brother watching. Main menu is confusing where the items reside until you have used it for a whole.

Programming set up for radio is easy but TV and Cable programming is a lot tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WideOrbit:

My recommendation that it’s the best Traffic and billing software on the market, my last use is over 10 yrs old of use things may have changed and can only imagine what it offers now 🎆 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WideOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paperless orders, tracks inventory won’t let you oversell dayparts without a managers approval. Makes buy TV easier, sales controls copy on the order, revisions still done by traffic to avoid confusion . No duplicate data entry errors on originals of order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
