It is a good collaboration tool. My manager gets to share what is important to me and get my feedback, but I in turn, get to do the same. I am able to effectively communicate what is going on in areas that are important to my manager, but then I can also share what I believe is important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not anything that I can say that I do not like, as far as it gets the job done. But, if I had to choose something, when I am entering my responses, it creates an additional entry line for text.
