What do you like best about Wicked Reports?

We can see the effect of our ads using multiple attribution models. We also have a longer sales cycle so we can track our users longer than the ad platforms can. Wicked also has a ton of tools besides just ROI measurement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wicked Reports?

There is a learning curve, but there is a lot of documentation and help to get you going. Even after using it for 4 years though there are still reports and charts that I'm still discovering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wicked Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us measure the true ROI of our ad spend and marketing efforts. It's hard to rely on the ad platforms like FB and Google to accurately measure ROI because of our longer sales cycle and our subscription revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
