"Attribution Data that Gives More/Different Insights than First-Party Data Alone"

What do you like best about Wicked Reports?

I get to choose attribution models that make sense for the campaigns I'm running and I can vary it even within channels. For instance - a Search campaign in Google should be rated differently than a Reach campaign, and using Wicked I get to choose the data I use to evaluate success. Over the period we have been using Wicked, their support has gotten a TON better too. They communicate issues more clearly and allow us to schedule meetings to discuss questions with folx who can help answer our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wicked Reports?

Occasionally, we have issues having our data processed in a timely fashion. When you use the data every day, it's important to be able to rely on a schedule to run reports and deliver data to a team. The limitations of their API also make automation challenging (at least the way we use their data - they do have a lot of columns available via their API, just not some specific ones that are super important to us -- specifically first and last click date). What problems is Wicked Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?

First-party data is not fully transparent/trustworthy. Based on what Facebook even publishes about their attribution model, sometimes (maybe all the time?) we're looking at data on their platform that isn't REAL data - it's MODELED! I want to make marketing and ad decisions based on real data. Wicked provides that for us and is also working to create even more integrations with other ad platforms to make reporting even simpler.
