What do you like best about Wice CRM?

It is our primary CRM and is being used across the entire organization to keep track of sales and marketing. The software is intuitive and user friendly. It provides the good visibility of each possible opportunity which enables the management to make educated decisions as per requirements. The integrations with other applications are amazing. What do you dislike about Wice CRM?

The search bar could use a little improvement because at times at times there are issues with the dashboard and how the information is displayed on them. Moreover, the exporting of documents sometimes does not convert to MS Word, MS Excel etcetera. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wice CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wice CRM is well suited to the needs of the sales organization which is looking to collaborate with other multiple departments in order to have quality relationship with customers. It is well designed and mostly meets every need of the sales organization. I would recommend it to every person who is in the sales field! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
