What do you like best about Wialon?

Wialon stands out for its flexibility and wide range of supported devices. I really appreciate how customizable the platform is—it allows us to tailor dashboards, reports, and alerts to fit our specific operational needs. The real-time tracking is fast and reliable, and the system handles everything from basic GPS tracking to advanced fuel monitoring and driver behavior analysis. What do you dislike about Wialon?

While Wialon is feature-rich, the user interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There’s a learning curve to fully understanding all the settings and options. Some advanced features could benefit from more intuitive navigation or tooltips. What problems is Wialon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wialon helps us solve several key challenges in fleet management—primarily real-time vehicle tracking, fuel consumption monitoring, and driver behavior analysis. Before using Wialon, we had limited visibility into our operations, which led to inefficiencies and higher costs. Now, we can track every vehicle, detect unauthorized usage, optimize routes, and reduce fuel theft.
