What do you like best about WHMCS?

It integrates beautifully with many hosting platforms, Plesk, cPanel, DirectAdmin. The fluitity it has with customers is beautiful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WHMCS?

Not too much to dislike, however, would love some sort of 1 stop shop for cPanel, some sort of cPanel integration directly from within cPanel would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WHMCS solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of domain renewal issues, general billing issues, and everyday tech support issues. It's great for customer communication and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
