The user interface. The tracking of hours in different ways. Timesheets. What they are trying to accomplish. Someone responds to the chat quickly but sometimes there is a delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not quite as straightforward as it looks. The webinar was useless. I have read/watched everything they sent my way but I have nuances that I need help with. I have asked easily 8+ times for someone to simply call me so I can get over the hump of my frustrations. The response is always "we want to track our conversations." I am sure they record calls and could probably learn a TON from simply finding out what is tripping me up. Instead, they keep typing and not calling. I do not understand why a company would be afraid to actually talk to a customer especially one that has asked for help and really could show them where people might get lost.
