What do you like best about When I Work?

It was helpful to be able to see the schedules of all my colleagues and look up different roles throughout the organization. I have used other apps that do not give me as much insight with role filtering that have made it hard to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about When I Work?

The mobile app was a bit difficult to navigate and difficult to visualize in a helpful manner when looking at multiple roles. I also had struggles with the mobile app not saving my selection preferences, so when I needed to see certain schedules, I had to redo my filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is When I Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been solving scheduling and tracking of schedules as well as coordinating with staff at different levels of the organization. It seems to help staff stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
