I really like how easy it is to use the When Platform. It's pretty hands-off from an employer's standpoint, which makes the process smooth for our company. The platform allows us to streamline operations and lets employees go directly to them. This gives us peace of mind knowing that they're in good hands, their questions are being answered, and they're being treated as though they're still a part of our company. The ease of setup was impressive too, with a very hands-on and responsive team that made the process so easy that I can't even remember the specifics. Additionally, the cost is fairly affordable, which is a great return on investment given what the platform provides employees during their exit, making the overall experience well worth it.
