What do you like best about Whatspot?

Whatspot nails the balance between simple and powerful. Booking a desk or room takes seconds via QR code or the floor plan, and the calendar integrations (Google/Outlook) mean nothing falls through the cracks. What do you dislike about Whatspot?

Not much to complain about. If anything, some of the more advanced admin settings (booking rules and quotas) took a little trial and error to configure the first time — a few more in-app tooltips would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatspot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whatspot solved the daily chaos of "who sits where" in our hybrid setup. Before, desk claims happened over Slack and spreadsheets, and people would show up to no free seat. Now everyone books a desk in seconds via QR code or the floor plan, so we've eliminated double-bookings and can right-size our office space based on actual usage data.
