Whatsapp API has some limitations like multiple selections and replying to older messages and replying on the messages with targeted message. But with the improvement the systems are improving. What do you like best about WhatsApp API?

Now that the api is release to the cloud we can use it inside our system , without integrating to another system , just have to consume the api from my erp and send the data o the message directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few dislikes for me

1.- You can not create you own message directly , you have to create a template .

2.- The aproving time of the template is too long , between 2 days to 2 weeks.

3.- is not free , afert 1000 interactions charges are needed
