I like the new features in Whale, especially the screen recording feature, which I find very easy to use. I love personalizing communication because it's essential in property management, and using my voice to support my team is crucial. I love that Whale lets me train my team with modules, and it's really easy to put something together with graphics. It's simple to update modules if processes change, without having to redo the entire thing, which is super helpful in my work. I love that I can track whether team members are reading and completing their training modules. It's important to see who's completing their modules and where they're at, which Whale allows me to do. Hearing that Whale is helping you train your team in a way that still feels personal is such a win. Being able to use your own voice, update modules without rebuilding everything from scratch, and actually see who has completed what? That is exactly how training should work.
