I've used Wex over 10 years at my last 2 jobs for Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and COBRA administration. All plans are easy to administer through the employer portal, and the annual renewal process is extremely simplified as well. If you don't have many changes year-over-year, the renewal is as simple as updating the rates. The COBRA portal is easy to navigate as well and there are plenty of standard reports to export data as well for auditing purposes. What I like best about Wex is our assigned Account Representative. I've been at my current job for over 5 years and we've had the same representative. He's smart, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions or escalate needs.
