"Easy, Professional Video Creation with Great Support and Canvas Integration"

What do you like best about WeVideo?

The most helpful thing about WeVideo is the ease of use for users. It is simple to use for those that do not have a lot of experience in video editing. Users can make a professional video in just a few minutes with all of the tools within the MultiMedia tab. If users want to have interactive learning videos and playlists that is an option as well that is easy to setup.

There are several upsides including ongoing support from the WeVideo team via online meetings, their asynchronous online self-service support guides to learn on your own, and the super simple way to start with the Chrome extension.

Our teachers love that it integrates with Canvas easily and teachers/students are able to make a customized video with great professional looking performance that can be uploaded to Google Drive, YouTube or downloaded to your device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WeVideo?

From a user that has made multiple recordings within WeVideo there have been a few times that it failed to upload. This very well could have been a performance issue from my wifi and not the WeVideo product itself. It was just a little frustrating to have to recreate the video. Most of the time it works great. What problems is WeVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we needed to offer a required training that we could not meet in person for staff, we were able to create a screen recording of the training and then create questions within the video for users to pause, answer questions and continue to make it interactive and then have record of what individuals did complete the training. We also have some teachers leading a class where students are learning to create videos for a technology and media class and this is a student friendly platform that allows teachers to guide students through all the tools they need for creating a professional video. Most platforms similar to this are costly or not student friendly, but this is exactly what schools are looking for with the right price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
