I find WestFax simple to integrate with, which is really important for us. Compared to other options, it was the best fit in terms of ease of integration and price. Their support is great too: Easy to reach and provided immediate answers. When I had some questions, I spoke with a knowledgeable team member right away. I almost didn't call them because they didn't appear at the top of my list when I searched for fax integration packages. I don't believe their marketing team is as good as some of the more aggressive fax software companies. That said, now that I'm a customer, I'm glad their focus is on other things.
