## About WePay
WePay helps online platforms increase revenue through integrated payments processing. The company has uniquely enabled more than 1,000 platforms including Constant Contact, GoFundMe, and Meetup to incorporate payments so their users can start getting paid in minutes, all without compromising on their user experience or taking on risk and regulatory exposure. In a mobile world, WePay’s integrations with Apple Pay and Android Pay for the Web help ensure high transaction conversions, while the company’s mobile point of sale (mPOS) solution allows platforms to seamlessly handle in-person payments in addition to online payments. WePay also offers a wide range of add-ons to support platforms’ specific needs.

**What do you like best about WePay?**

Not applicable.  Has been a terrible experience and a huge waste of my time.

**What do you dislike about WePay?**

The Webconnex/WePay platform requests multiple documents for verification purposes, to which I uploaded more than what was requested including passport, driver's license, original articles of incorporation, business license, and tax form.  We have been going back and forth for more than a month now, and now, they are requesting an official letter from the IRS with a nice note at the bottom of their email that reads, "Please complete this step within 30 days, or your WePay Payments account will be disabled and WePay Payments may refund all payments to your payers."  I would have to pay for this letter, and also request it by mail, and wait for it by mail.  I refuse to pay for a letter that was not originally required and after submitting multiple verification documents via their platform, plus the IRS can take several weeks to months to process requests.  Also note that you cannot reach anyone by phone, only through their messaging system, which one associate named Holly said, "I do apologize as we are not equipped to offer phone support, all communication is completed via email."  I'm hiring an attorney.

**What do you like best about WePay?**

There is nothing to like about this company. The transactions to do post take a very long time. There's no customer service they can be reached by phone. They have just recently held over $2000 for absolutely no reason. This client has previously had transactions, and this charge was not disputed. This is just another fly night junk company.

**What do you dislike about WePay?**

I have repeatedly requested a phone call and after seven days, nothing. The emails that are returned. Take well over 48 hours. How they can legally hold funds and continue to operate is mind boggling.

**What problems is WePay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We pay does not solve any problems whatsoever. There is a plethora of choices when it comes to a payment processing company. This one is the very bottom of the barrel.

There is zero tolerance for compromise on their service and the transaction fees are minimal.

I like everything, I find WePay a fantastic system.

Processing customer payment directly from our website using WePay as the payment gateway.

**What do you like best about WePay?**

A powerful payment gateway app that allows all size business to easily process transactions online. 

It can be seamlessly integrated with a wide range of popular platforms.
Which makes it easy to add payment processing functionality to your existing website or online store. The intuitive UI makes it easy for anyone in getting started.
Another notable feature is its robust encryption algorithm. Which protect the transactions from fraudulent activities.

**What do you dislike about WePay?**

Although it is normal for any PSP. I could only see PRICING as the CONS. Charge/transaction

**What problems is WePay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The versatility it offers. I'm an individual making money online and WePay  made it easy in sending and receiving payments.

WePay work in a very good and efficient manner. At this point of time i didn't find any kind of dislike in their services.

WePay provide us secure way of doing our Money related transactions. We can Relay on their services.

Payment Methods: Consider the payment methods you want to offer to your customers, such as credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments, and ACH bank transfers. Ensure the processor supports the payment methods relevant to your audience.

**What do you dislike about WePay?**

Sometimes transactions are getting failed and Money gets blocked in processing.

**What problems is WePay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing to Improve

Ease of use.  We  Pay can make it easy to do some payment processing

**What do you dislike about WePay?**

Just about everything else... Terrible processing, terrible conflict resolution, terrible support, mediocre rates, honestly all around a terrible software.

**What problems is WePay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were originally solving our CC accepting problem, but they ended up creating more headaches for us in the end.

**What do you like best about WePay?**

lower fees because of their relationship with our enrollment software.

**What do you dislike about WePay?**

Their accounting reports! Reports don't always show all the fees so things don't balance.  I mean how does $865 - $15 = 839.59.  And their CS acts like you're the stupid one.  And this is just the most recent example.  This isn't my personal business that I can just say "sure" that works.  I have a board, a financial committee, and auditors to answer to and their reports make me look like I'm stealing money from our non-profit.

**What problems is WePay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only way we are benefiting is by the fee discount we get because their the arrangement with our enrollment software to provide a lower fee.

Ease of Use (but only for the software).

**What do you dislike about WePay?**

The lack of support or a phone number...

**Recommendations to others considering WePay:**

Get a phone number. It's 2021, and you don't even have live chat as part of your support. I mean... seriously. Also, setting someone up on ACH is far too difficult for both myself and the customer. That may be an problem with MyStudio, but then I should have a better dashboard option to set up ACH within WePay. 

We have several payments that are being declined for no reason. The customrs have the money in their accounts, and WePay is trying to pull the funds, so everything is just sitting there in the account with a "pending" status.

Automated Billing for our martial arts academy

Nothing. They are authoritarian scumbags!

**What do you dislike about WePay?**

Everything. They suppress free speech, and they are anti-American scum.

**What problems is WePay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. I refuse to use them any longer for processing my business payments. They are fascist scum.
