What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

This system is so easy to use and very intuitive. They have wonderful customer service representatives who will help you with any issues you may come across, and if you don't know how to do something, it is usually pretty easy to figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?

There are a few things that I still am unsure of how to do with a system this large. They are continually putting out new versions with new things, but sometimes that messes up my flow when there is something new that I haven't seen before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WellnessLiving:

I highly recommend this system -- especially versus the other big name (MB) scheduling system for wellness businesses. The other guys will raise your rates and take services away, whereas Wellness Living has a flat place that gets you everything you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WellnessLiving solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to schedule all of my yoga students into another (very old) scheduling system. I had to keep track of students' packs and memberships by hand on an Excel sheet and there weren't any cool things I could do with rewards and points. I also couldn't have students sign up and pay for class online, which is the greatest thing ever!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From online booking, keeping track of inventory and managing staff and clients, WellnessLiving gives you, all the tools and freedom you need to take control of your business! We also take pride in being more affordable than other softwares out there, which allows us to deliver such as high-quality product! In regards to your merchant processing fess, unfortunately, that is done by a third-party processor and we have no control over these fees since we’re not the processor. We simply make the introduction to the processor and they go over the pricing with you. So, while there is merchant processing fees that you have to pay on top of your monthly WellnessLiving plan, the cost often depends on how much credit card processing happens in your business. We do everything we can to make your job as a business owner easier, and part of that is connecting you with the best merchant processors we know! Again, we’re thrilled that you’re getting the most of everything our software has to offer, and we’re excited to hear that you’d recommend us to other yoga studio owners.
