I really like being able to access the gym everywhere just with my mobile. Additionally, the fact that my company pays for the plan I'm subscribed to saves me a lot each month, specifically a savings of 60 euros. I also love that I can go to the gym when I'm with my friends or access interesting facilities like the spa. Without a doubt, the fact of maintaining the subscription when the company unsubscribes you. They should give you the option to cancel or keep it at that moment; charging it automatically seems unfair to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your concern about corporate unsubscriptions, we completely understand your point. When a company ends its partnership with Wellhub or an employee leaves, eligibility for the corporate subsidy ends. However, because many members prefer to maintain uninterrupted access to their favorite gyms and wellness routines, subscriptions transition to a standard individual membership rather than instantly canceling. We understand that despite this massive change, users shouldn't have to give up their wellness routine as well.
From the moment a user becomes a former employee, we send a notification via e-mail to let them know and give them a choice before any charges are made. You can easily manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly in the app under Profile > Settings > Account.
