I really enjoy the web events, desk exercises and meditation courses. I am competitive too and like following the leaderboard, however, the app and the site have been wonderful for my wellness journey. As employees, we offered Wellable for free, but I think our organization is receiving a great deal of material and definitely get their money's worth. We have hundreds of users and many utilize the materials. If employees get it for free, we may as well use it for workouts, meditation, nutrition and recovery. We compete against one another on the leaderboard for friendly competition and those points translate to work reward points. Wellable has so many benefits. I've attended virtual events that help navigate your wellness journey, not just by working out or meditating, but they focus on healthy habits and giving back to the community.
