What do you like best about WeekMate HRMS?

What I like about WeekMate is that it covers different parts of our HR work without making us manage everything separately. We use features like onboarding, employee self-service and performance management regularly. The self-service option is useful because employees can access their information themselves, while the performance module helps us keep track of goals and reviews. What do you dislike about WeekMate HRMS?

The system covers most of our regular HR requirements. I would like to see more options for customising reports, especially when we need specific information for different departments. Having more flexibility to choose the details shown in reports would make it easier to prepare information for different purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WeekMate HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, different HR activities often meant checking separate records or following up with people to get information. WeekMate has made it easier to keep employee details, onboarding activities and performance information organised.
