Wedge allows us a pre-screening prior to the in person interview. We have saved countless hours by narrowing our interview pool down prior to taking the time in clinic to interview. This also helps us to determine which candidates are willing to take the time PRIOR to working for us, and that typically translates to people who are willing to take the time when working for us! It is nice to see facial expression, body language and to hear the candidate's ability to communicate effectively prior to an in person interview! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not sure there is a downside. I do know Wedge is VERY persistent until a candidate completes their interview...this might be a bit annoying on the receiving side, however it does encourage them to get it done quicker! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
