All the features are included, nothing is kept behind a paywall. That's really helpful for us, as we don't know which features we are / aren't interested in at point of onboarding.
In terms of ease of use: the UI is pretty simple; setting it up was pretty painless, when we migrated from Google Optimize (RIP); and the price point was really reasonable vs some of the competitors.
It's got some useful out the box features that we've been able to deploy quite easily (e.g. social proofing). Its masking and integration with our consent management platform helped solve some previous pain points we had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to use the more advanced features requires really leaning into the tool + development resource, which we're light on internally -- but we can still get use out of it without that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
