It was very easy to upload our existing translation keys using the API. It is very good that we can restrict user rights on a language-by-language basis, and this can be used for both in-house translators and outsourced translators at the same time. The solution is intuitive and, as we have more than 10 translators from different countries, it was very easy to onboard them. I really like that we can upload a screenshot of the pages where the translation key is located.
I like their support as well. They react quickly and professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't remember anything that bothers me. Maybe outdated UI? But it is not a blocking issue. I have thought that maybe it would be great if I can link some languages directly with Google translate because we do not have dedicated translators in place. But that's maybe just me not knowing how to do it? Maybe it is possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Ines,
Thank you very much for your feedback! You'll be happy to know that we are currently working on a new design and there is indeed away to automatically translate your segments with machine translation if you don't have translators yet, here is the article of our documentation explaining how it works:

I hope this helps!
Best regards,
Estelle
