We are very satisfied with it. Content filtering and web filtering also work very well. The web interface is clear and easy to understand. TitanHQ support responds very quickly and does its best to help. **What do you dislike about WebTitan Web Filter?** Sometimes some websites are blocked by mistake. Another thing is that if you don't restart the appliance in a certain period of time, the storage will be full and you won't be able to log into the appliance's web interface. In this case, we restart the appliance manually. **What problems is WebTitan Web Filter solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use WebTitan Gateway to filter our users' traffic and exclude malware or other unwanted traffic. The age ranges using our computers is from 9 to 43 to being able to customize and group at the same time saves a tremendous amount of oversight effort and leaves enough flexibility to meet all our needs. **What do you dislike about WebTitan Web Filter?** It took us a bit to get integrated because the documentation could have been a bit more clear on specific system requirements. **What problems is WebTitan Web Filter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Content filtering and managing available content during productivity hours. ### 4. If you have a list generated from another tool it is also possible to mass import into these lists. **What do you dislike about WebTitan Web Filter?** Importing blocked sites can be a bit slow. Also not a big fan of the WADA agent, but I am willing to put up with it to achieve the AD integration. **Recommendations to others considering WebTitan Web Filter:** If you are looking to replace an older Barracuda Web filter or maybe a UTM device like watchguard web filter, you owe it to yourself to give Web Titan a try. **What problems is WebTitan Web Filter solving and how is that benefiting you?** SLA has been able to provide our users with the necessary internet-based tools to do their jobs while removing most of the distractions available. ### 5. We had many questions along the way, and Liam McCarty was able to answer every one...and if he couldn't, he found the answer for us! Responses from the company always arrive in a timely fashion. The platform is easy to navigate and use. I have been able to set the parameters so that I know members of my organization are safe while using WebTitan Web Filter. **What do you dislike about WebTitan Web Filter?** I feel like there are so many features that I am not aware of or do not know how to use to get the most out of my experience. **What problems is WebTitan Web Filter solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are easily able to block unwanted content. I like the overreaching categories that can be blocked. I hope to be able to dig more into this feature in the future, especially with regards to how to allow certain videos/content that are blocked. For example, we are a school who must teach the dangers of smoking. Videos about smoking and vaping are blocked. I would love to know how to block most content but allow certain, pre-viewed content. ### 7. The addition of the On-The-Go agents and AD integration options make this a great tool. **What do you dislike about WebTitan Web Filter?** I honestly don't have any real negatives to offer here. OTG agents drop offline now and then, but a restart of service resolves it immediately, and it's very infrequent. Support is good but can take one or two hits to get them to grasp the reported issue, but once understood, they are quick to resolve any problems. **What problems is WebTitan Web Filter solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are enforcing clients' Internet usage policies. Strict company wide policy, with OTG agents for remote workers and senior staff who need a custom policy. ### 9.
