"WebPT offers a 'real help' to therapists in need"

What do you like best about WebPT?

I'm able to phone or email in for help and "a real human' is on the other end of the line. I'm grateful for the personal assistance I receive to answer my questions and to make the most of the software I am purchasing/using Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebPT?

I haven't been able to get all the aspects up and running yet, but I am less than 2 months into the system, so I am positive that I'll get the full functionality out of the system soon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WebPT:

If you are looking for the ability to document and bill for clients of all ages (birth to geriatrics) and you are in the outpatient field, this software is awesome. I am so glad we made the change. It will serve us well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WebPT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accuracy and effectiveness with billing. With 'the other guys' I wasn't able to successfully bill to certain insurance groups. This change to WebPT is huge and will help so much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Dry and lacks new features"

What do you like best about WebPT?

What do you dislike about WebPT?

Terrible methods of navigating to charts or going back to previous page. Very slow speeds. No AI features available. Unable to re-edit notes once submitted. Must make an addendum for PT notes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WebPT is a good Physical Therapy specific EMR"

What do you like best about WebPT?

The upside of WebPT is that it is created by physical therapists and does a very good job at meeting the documentation needs for physical therapists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebPT?

It was very expensive and everything was ala carte, which made it more expensive. In addition, because it was so physical therapy user-friendly, it made it difficulty to integrate personal training and massage therapy service providers into the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebPT?

easy to use friendly customer service. when you need something or have any questions they will answer the phone and chat online quickly.we have been using webpt for years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebPT?

the past 1mth and half they have had so many outages and we end up with not knowing who is coming no knowing what to collect if they have a copay. not knowing next visit it, let alone be able to pull up flow sheet in the gym . everyone is just lost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebPT?

The one thing I like most about WebPT is how easy it is to navigate to different tabs.

I also have enjoyed learning about new places of where you can store information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebPT?

The least helpful thing about WebPT is when you are trying to go from billing to EMR and get the spinning wheel of death. It's horrible and takes forever for the tab to finally processes through.

Sometimes when pulling up mutliple accounts it will glich on you and freeze everything you are doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebPT?

It's format is similar to others I have used (i.e. Epic) and when it is working it is user friendly. I have used something similar when I worked for IHC . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly and great for basic rehab facilities"

What do you like best about WebPT?

The interface is very intuitive and the documentation templates are easy to complete on the clinical side of things. The scheduling module is clean, and we really love that you can view multiple calendars at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebPT?

When we transitioned into the home health space, it does not have the documentation or billing capababilities to bill out HHA claims (UB04's) or meet the documentation requirements of Medicare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
