**What do you like best about WebPT?**

The upside of WebPT is that it is created by physical therapists and does a very good job at meeting the documentation needs for physical therapists.

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

It was very expensive and everything was ala carte, which made it more expensive. In addition, because it was so physical therapy user-friendly, it made it difficulty to integrate personal training and massage therapy service providers into the software.

**What problems is WebPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebPT solved the problems of providing a reliable clinical documentation, scheduling, and billing service for physical therapists.

easy to use friendly customer service. when you need something or have any questions they will answer the phone and chat online quickly.we have been using webpt for years

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

the past 1mth and half they have had so many outages and we end up with not knowing who is coming no knowing what to collect if they have a copay. not knowing next visit it, let alone be able to pull up flow sheet in the gym . everyone is just lost

claims go out and come back fast sometime within 2 week we aleady have a payment

**What do you like best about WebPT?**

The one thing I like most about WebPT is how easy it is to navigate to different tabs.

I also have enjoyed learning about new places of where you can store information.

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

The least helpful thing about WebPT is when you are trying to go from billing to EMR and get the spinning wheel of death. It's horrible and takes forever for the tab to finally processes through. 

Sometimes when pulling up mutliple accounts it will glich on you and freeze everything you are doing.

**What problems is WebPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem WebPT is helping solve is constantley logging out of WebPT and taking forever to log back in.

It's format is similar to others I have used (i.e. Epic) and when it is working it is user friendly. I have used something similar when I worked for IHC .

It is always breaking down it saeems. Especially in the past 6 months. The time it took to get from one page to the next!

Quick and efficient patient access so I can perform my job. There are minute to minute experiences that when WebPT is down, we all feel it!

The easy access to everything you need in 1 program- schedule, notes, health records, etc. Other companies have mulple programs making documenting time very stenuous.

Faxing is always an issue, takes alot of time to fax out the records to doctors.

**What do you like best about WebPT?**

The interface is very intuitive and the documentation templates are easy to complete on the clinical side of things. The scheduling module is clean, and we really love that you can view multiple calendars at once.

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

When we transitioned into the home health space, it does not have the documentation or billing capababilities to bill out HHA claims (UB04's) or meet the documentation requirements of Medicare.

**What problems is WebPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use WebPT for all rehab services in our agency including client intake, scheduling, documentation, and billing. The easy-to-use documentation templates are well-liked by our clinicians and allow them to complete all documentation in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about WebPT?**

The ease of use of this software is wonderful. The program handles all the work and saves you a lot of time. With this software, scheduling and billing can be handled without any hassle. Furthermore, we can analyze the performance and optimize it for future courses. This software can be operated even from our mobile devices, which is truly amazing.

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

I didn' find any big issues apart from some like it has some glitches in EBV part and sometimes I faced issue while deleting notes. But in my opinion all this problem could be overcome if this software gets an update.

**What problems is WebPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to WebPT, we no longer have to do manual documentation work. Through this platform, patients' insurance information and verification can be easily accessed, eliminating the need to enter data twice. Past records of patients are safely stored so therapists can monitor their progress and treat them accordingly. This software makes it easy to share patient data with clinics. The WEbPT marketplace helped us generate more business and it worked well for us

**What do you like best about WebPT?**

Being in a cloud I can see medical information from my patients anywhere in the world, I can move to their homes and have their medical history at the moment, the data transfer rate is excellent. The most useful tool in my personal opinion is access from any device outside the company as it allows me to access the application from my own computers.

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

I can't have a local database which forces me to have access to the internet at all times, which makes it difficult for me to have the medical records of my patients in distant locations, another weakness of the software in the complex graphical interface, which is sometimes difficult to understand and manipulate, especially at the beginning of learning the use of the application.

**Recommendations to others considering WebPT:**

Improving the mobile version to make it more enjoyable when working, icons and icon sizes is excessively tiny and another extremely important and necessary problem to solve in later versions is the local databases, it is not pleasant not to be able to access data already loaded on my computers and what I find uncomfortable to provide proper and personalized care to my patients.

Tracking patients in their homes and having real-time data, previous results and treatment administration, in particular I like the one that I can filter information based on the date and time I enter it allowing me to assess the patient's medical evolution and give a more accurate opinion related to the clinical picture of the patient I am attending at the moment providing personalized care

I like the alerts and reports offered in this program. It allows us to maintain compliance. The script presets are excellent to save our therapists time during visits that require a lot of information to be noted.

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

I wish that this program would track who makes changes on charts so that questions are asked to the appropriate person. Pop-up alerts that are written by staff in other departments would also be useful.

**What problems is WebPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webpt helped us reduce our paper usage greatly by allowing us to transition from paper patient charts to a fully electronic medical record. It allows medical records to be shared easily and at less of a cost to our company.

**What do you like best about WebPT?**

The most helpful thing about WebPT is the visual schedule. I am a speech and language pathologist. I supervise two assistants at a clinic in my town. The easy breakdown of the schedules of both assistants helps me to keep track of their therapy schedule so that I can assist them to my maximal capability.

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

The least helpful thing about WebPT is that it is visually a rather dull platform. Inputting and reviewing treatment notes can be monotonous and tedious, mainly because the visual aspect of the platform is not that appealing.

**What problems is WebPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that I am solving with WebPT is that it allows me to co-sign notes for the assistant that I supervise in an organized way. Additionally, I enjoy the benefit of seeing the schedules of my assistants in an easy to follow format.

Very straightforward on how to use. Easy to learn.

Could use a few updates to make users' lives easier like including appt type in the appt list (eval, follow-up, progress note, etc). Also update authorization tracker based on appts checked in, not daily note completion.

Physical therapy clinic scheduling is much easier once you have a system in place. Also easy to keep track of a patient's documents.

WebPT software is an excellent tool to provide effective and relevant patient care to provide a good experience, the service is perfect to help promote business growth by evaluating all available factors to ensure success. The service offers a comprehensive scheduling system, documentation and allows for easy evaluation of results through extensive reporting. The service is affordable and profitable for many, with mobile and cloud application availability making it easy for anyone to access. The service has the advantage of being very easy to operate, has templates with high capacity for customization and most importantly of all the support team staff provides very satisfactory attention and quick solutions before any inconvenience that may arise.

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

I consider that the interface of this service is in dire need of updates, as it has a rather outdated design, is a bit slow and does not give a good impression to users of how good and advanced this service is. I have also visualized that frequently the server of this software goes down and does not allow access to the system.

**Recommendations to others considering WebPT:**

WebPT is a complete tool to provide the best care to patients, based on the experience I have working with this system I can say that its operation is very complete, very easy to use, fully updated and its price is a real opportunity to acquire, really the service stands out much among its competitors, is totally reliable and no doubt I can recommend it for its high level of reliability.

In our medical instinct, WebPT has played a great role, since currently this system allows us to easily manage from appointments, insurance, patient portals, make treatment plans to patients, make invoices and obtain extensive reports. To be honest, I can say that WebPT is a fundamental tool for our team, since we can maintain a complete and careful control to provide impeccable attention to all our customers.

**What do you like best about WebPT?**

I love how this software is available on any device that has internet access. It makes note writing extremely accessible. The software itself is also very user friendly. The site is ergonomic whether you're documenting on a computer or a tablet (sometimes even on a cell phone). The site is easy to navigate through and streamlines all of my note writing. 

I especially value its layout when completing a new patient evaluation. All of the text fields are laid out in a way that makes sense to the reader and the therapist. 

In terms of billing and insurance, it's a very powerful tool. It has all of the ICD codes which you can either manually type in or search for. It also transfers those same codes over to the proceeding note whenever your patient comes in for another visit. That way, you don't have to re-type all of the codes into the new note.

Scheduling is also very nice on this program. The software gives you a great overview of all the patients you will be seeing for the day, including cancellations. Its also pretty nifty how it tells you if its your patients birthday.

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

I dislike how the same user cannot be on two devices at once. This problem is cumbersome because I have two hardwired computers on opposite sides of the clinic.  And so if I'm treating one patient on one side of the clinic and want to write up their note, I would end up being logged out of the other computer on the other side of the clinic. it would be useful to be logged in on both devices at once and not have to log in every time I switch computers. 

I also wish there was some way I the program would notify me if there are incomplete fields that I may have missed while completing a new patient evaluation document.

**Recommendations to others considering WebPT:**

I would recommend therapists who are considering webPT to give it two weeks or so to get used to the layout of the website. Its a little frustrating at first since you don't really know where everything is located, but once you start to understand where everything is, it makes life very very easy. I would also consider how many employees you have. I find that using WebPT in a larger clinic is really worth your while since it can integrate all patients from multiple clinics into one database.

As a new grad/student, I found this software to be very valuable in that it helped me make sure that I covered all my bases in terms of documentation. So if you're new to the world of PT and you're thinking about opening up your own practice, I would say that this program is very valuable and would help you streamline your entire clinic. It would also save you a ton of physical space, since you wouldn't need to worry about bulky patient charts. All of the documentation would be stored on a cloud based system.

The problems I have had with manually writing my notes is that its very repetitive and cumbersome. With WebPT it streamlines everything and makes note writing more fast and efficient. There is more ease of communication, especially with other therapists who are treating the same patient. It makes note writing and documentation very fluid.

I like how it is focused on PT and not just general medicine.   We changed for a short time to advanced MD and hated it.  Then changed back and realized how much we actually like WEBPT.

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

Evals can be lengthy at time and redundant with boxes to click.

**Recommendations to others considering WebPT:**

Possibly wait for WEBPT2.0 as it may be a little more user friendly and less redundancy.

Webpt is making work cohesive and able to translate patient info much easier to each clinician.  We all know what we need to do as the details are clearly stated on each note.

It also fast to access patients records my their names.
I like it since I can log in from anywhere to do my practical work.It is easy to use and  intraining theusers.

Planning patients is simple! I cherish the reports highlight. You can see every day reports of patient installments, approval reports, day by day installments reports, and so on. Everything is done on the PC. From the time the patient timetables the principal visit, to the physical advisor composing the examination report/note, to the physical specialist helper seeing flowsheets (patient's activity programs). It is particularly simple for administrator/associate/PT opening and shutting strategies due to every one of the reports to see. WebPT makes scheduling super simple with a user friendly approach. Need to change the layout of the calendar? No problem? Need to add a PT? No problem? Need to change a persons appointment? Easy.

Between the two clinics we have, the patients are not shared automatically and you have to go in and manually add both clinics to the patient. It has caused problems before where we search for a patient at one clinic and they don't show up until you search the other clinics base. It would be great if it patients were added to a “database” for the company as a whole instead of individual clinics.

It can be pricey because you have to pay per license you have for each PT and clerical position. We just have 3 PT licenses and activate/deactivate PTs for the day that they work.

It allows you to add everything you need to. Patients chart. Co-pays/deductibles, insurance info, billing information, permitted visits for the patient, how many patients, all of the progress notes, everything. It’s like having instant access to everything for and about the patient right there.

Revflow from BMS is amazingI love this software. We have implemented this software to our company in November from scheduleview, It's amazing. Scheduling patients is much easier, taking payments is great. Love that we can generate any report that we need, We are able to see which patients have not finalized notes, what is on claim delay. It greatly improved our company.

It takes time getting used to the system. Sometimes when we release claims from claim delay, they will show up a week later on claim delay stating that there are no auths on file. Then we have to manually contact Bms and have them manually do it for us. It is a hassle and wastes some time. Sometimes getting a ticket resolved takes more than one day.

I highly recommend this product. It simplifies quite a bit in the medical business. Our company is able to use this system to solve many manual issues. I love that this company implemented a EMR base,

The ease of use, it is very user friendly! We have our insurance sorted by colors and this is one of my favorite features to  be able to know what insurance a patient has based on the color of their appointment without having to go to their chart and look it up. It is very convenient to have access to all of the patients records and be able to access it by their name on the schedule.

They only thing that I dislike about WebPT is that they do not have an app for tablets or phones. Many of our therapist use tablets while treating patients or use their phones to check their schedule while working in schools and it would be a nice option for them to have.

The ease of use in WebPT is nice that the work flows from one task to the next so naturally.  If you leave something out, you are usually prompted to go back and fill it in making almost impossible to mess anything up.  On Medicare, if you forget to do your ten day progress note you can not go forward without doing it.  All the checks and balances are there for the hurried therapist that can so easily get in a hurry and simply forget one simple detail.  With WebPT, it pretty much reminds you of the little details that make big differences in compliance. 

**What do you dislike about WebPT?**

It would be nice if there were more follow ups on signature other than just Medicare, after all, they are all required.   I would like to see reports for all missing signatures.  Also, I would like to see a report for expired POC's other that Medicare.  Just Saying!

you should give it a try.  We did and have been pleased!

The Schedule has been great for a clinic the size of ours.  We have two PT's, two PTA's in clinic, Three OT's and two OTA's in clinic along with two full time SLP's and one part time SLP not to mention several others that work only in the schools.  With WepPT's Schedule you can color coordinate the insurance companies according to the therapist that are credentialed to treat each insurance company.   Aslo, this schedule makes it so so easy to schedule a patient to be treated by all three disciplines.  Its a real time saver!!!
