What I like most about WebPinch is how quick and straightforward it makes reporting website issues. I can point out the problem directly on the page, instead of trying to describe exactly where it is, which makes the whole process easier for both QA and developers. It saves time, reduces back-and-forth, and keeps all the feedback in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I’d really like to see improved is the overall range of customization options. The tool is simple and easy to use, but a few more ways to organize and manage feedback would make it even more useful—especially when working on larger projects where there are lots of reported issues to track.
