What do you like best about WebinOne?

Thanks to hosting on Amazon Web Services, optional dedicated servers, and multithread rendering, WebinOne offers my clients performance reserves for complex applications such as e-commerce, e-learning, and specialized CRM solutions. The various packages and granular upgrade options allow us as an agency to serve clients of all kinds – from local players to international companies. The extraordinarily extensive API enables seamless connection of the platform with external services. An interface to the automation service Zapier is also available. WebinOne stands out from other services by allowing access to data, secured user areas, and user-generated content to be implemented quickly and agilely with the low-code environment (Liquid). Prototypes that would otherwise take weeks to implement can be demonstrated in days. The fact that the frontend code can be managed 1:1 in the platform's UI makes debugging easier, especially with complicated design details. The user interface could use an update, but significant progress has already been made in recent months. Whitelabeling also helps with customer retention. The built-in AI (AgentOne) supports the integration of HTML templates into the Liquid environment and is constantly making progress. Through sFTP access to assets and layouts, other coding environments like VSCode can also be used with the corresponding AI tools. Another reason we work with this platform is the WebinOne team. The developers and support respond quickly to bugs and update requests. Such close collaboration between software developers and customers is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinOne?

WebinOne is a migration solution for the SaaS platform "Business Catalyst" discontinued by Adobe. Many features are based on the need to integrate features and data structures from Adobe Business Catalyst. As a former Business Catalyst user, I was grateful for this. Today, I could do without it, especially with the UI, which still reminds me of BC, albeit with more customization options. However, the team has announced changes for this year. Additionally, I would personally prefer a simpler pricing structure, even though the granular prices for features and extensions seem more flexible at first glance. What problems is WebinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

With WebinOne, I can implement complex web applications for my clients very agilely in a short time. Websites can be set up within minutes - both backend and frontend. In practice, this means that I can demonstrate functions to companies in a short time that would have taken weeks as custom development and would not have been implementable so quickly with other low-coding platforms. As a result, we have often succeeded in pleasantly surprising clients and thus gaining accounts, even from larger companies. For my clients, this means that development costs, which would otherwise be in the mid-five-figure range for similar solutions, can be halved to quartered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
