The original basic lifetime and agency upgrade purchase in 2023 was straightforward, and the evergren webinar features work. **What do you dislike about WebinarKit?** This review is entirely about billing, not the product. In April 2023, I also paid $543 after a 7-day trial of the Live webinar version. I asked about a lifetime opiton for it and was told the ongoing computing costs made that impossible. That was reasonable. What followed was not reasonable. WebinarKit has charge my card $543 every year since. They charged me in April 2024, April 2025, and now April 2026. That is $2172 over four years. I have never once logged into the the live product. There is no advance renewal notification before the charge. There is no receipt sent after the charge. The only way I learned about a renewal is by reviewing my credit card statement after the money was already gone. When I contacted support on Sunday, May 3, 2026 after seeing the charge on my card for April 29, 2026, I was told they do not issue refunds on recurring subscriptions, regardless of usage. Sending a renewal notice 30 days out and a receipt at the time of charge are standard SaaS practices in 2026. Skipping both, and then hiding behind a "no refunds" policy on a clearly unused account is the kind of behavior that gives the entire SaaS and internet marketing space a bad name. **What problems is WebinarKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** WebinarKit provides evergreen webinar software, allowing me to run webinars automatically and prospects to watch at their convenience. ### 2. When looking for reviews, most of the reviews sounded positive and one review even said that the customer support was quick and responsive. (Typically responding within a few hours) **What do you dislike about WebinarKit?** I signed up with WebinarKit the morning of January 15th, 2026 and paid for an annual subscription. Fairly quickly, I received an email with my "sign-in" and temporary password along with a link to sign-in to WebinarKit. Using the "sign-in" credentials given in the email from WebinarKit, I tried logging in and the website displays a message that my email address is not recognized. Since webinarKit emailed me at this very email address, I knew they had my email address in their system. I tried logging in again two more times but I simply got the same "Email not recognized" message. WebinarKit does not offer any kind of customer support phone number but they provide both an email address to get help as well as a link to "create a ticket" at the bottom of their website. Their website instructs the public to email them and that they "typically" respond within a few hours. So I sent them an email immediately in hopes of gaining access to the website. I waited 24 hours for a response but no response. So then I go to their website and "create a ticket" to get help because once again, their website states that they typically respond within a few hours. It has now been 48 hours and still no response to my ticket. So far.... they don't deserve a positive review. When you sign up, they give you 7 days for a $1 and I was hoping to use those 7 days to learn the website and make sure it is a good fit for my needs but I'm already 3 days into the 7 day trial and I haven't been able to log-in due to the site not recognizing my email address. For these reasons, webinars gets a "failing grade" from me. **What problems is WebinarKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** So far, they aren't helping me solve any problems but only created one. ### 3. WebinarKit is great at being turn key simple and familiar to get a webinar live on their platform and then also gives you a way to seamlessly plug into your CRM, track url parameters, customize their pages FULLY using the editor, or even embed their tool into your own pages. Beyond that you can actually brand your own webinar pages. The more I dug in, the more I was impressed. The best part is they are on the cutting edge of developing out cool AI features for webinars as well. The company has a very customer friendly and responsive team too. Can't say enough about WebinarKit. Don't mistake this for just a "budget friendly" software alternative. WebinarKit packs a mean punch. Definitely check it out. **What do you dislike about WebinarKit?** Page builder just took a few min to get used to but I could also embed onto my site directly so not that big of a deal. And at the beginning of the year I discovered the WebinarKit offer which pleasantly surprised me with such an interesting price and all the features that one can dream of having for this kind of system. For testing, I chose to host on dropbox, as I don't want the video to have controls or be stopped by the user. But as the views grow, I'll consider buying the pro package to unlock built-in hosting and other functionalities (polls and embeddable registration forms). The signup templates are easy to edit and look decent without lot of fuss. One doesn't need to download webinar software to view a webinar, as it will work in the browser. Webinarkit supports desktop and mobile browsers, doing the right thing based on the device's size. Webinarkit has an affiliate program as well to allow revenue sharing. **What do you dislike about WebinarKit?** When viewing a webinar, one still has to click or tap on a button on the screen to get the audio to play - likely more of a restriction of browsers than Webinarkit itself (and probably an acceptable price to have to pay not to have to download webinar client software). At first, I was a little disappointed that the WebinarKit product did not include the live option. I have spent A LOT of time and money using other webinar platforms. Many of the features and benefits start to run together as they are all competing with each other. I want to discuss the WebinarKit product first. The price point for this product cannot be beaten! As a small business owner, finding a product with an excellent price point and an option to purchase a lifetime license is at the top of my priority list, and this product delivers on both. It's clear that the designers of this product are not only amazing SaaS designers, but they are true marketers! They get what we are doing because they are doing it themselves. Next, let's discuss WebinarKit Live. This product has everything you would expect to have for a live webinar. What sold me on their live webinar product was their pricing and the number of participants allowed in each webinar for the three tiers. I had to learn this the hard way using other webinar live platforms. All of the other webinar platforms have strict limits in their starter plans. When researching the different webinar live products, pay close attention to the number of participants/webinar, AND the length of each webinar can last. Some of the platforms only offer 60 min. Webinars in their starter plans. My webinar is about 90 minutes. WebinarKit Live offers the most bang for your buck with an impressive starter package boasting 100 participants/webinar with no ridiculous webinar time limits. Do I recommend this product 100%. **What do you dislike about WebinarKit?** The one CON is the lack of integrations with some WordPress plugins.
