**Reviewed by:** Diana O. | Project and Product Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

The way that WebinarJam's UI made it easier to use with little upskilling needed for the whole team was just amazing. It integrates perfectly with Kartra our CRM

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Nothing really. Its maybe a little more expensive that a few other alternatives for the attendee volume we have

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinarjam helps us to create both live and on demand webinars with in depth stats that pull into our CRM

  ### 2. Perfect for Simulating Live Events with Pre-Recorded Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim P. | Social Media and Content Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Simulate live event with pre-recorded content.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

There are delays when switching from live stream to showing a pre-recorded video.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want people to get the excitement of joining a live event without the logistics of having to manage multiple events in a week, especially when the material cover is going to be exactly the same

  ### 3. the best werbinar platform for business and conversions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhav B. | Digital Healthcare Consultant, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

It is one of the best platforms for webinar hosting and production. It has easy for the attendees to join in and has a intutive and all in one interface that makes it excellent for the purpose of conversion of customers. We use it for all our webinars and havent shifted back to aby other platform. Integrating it with Integrately also makes the experience and lead nuturing much better. the platform is easy to setup and use once you get going.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

the camcera control features are not upto the mark. sometimes initial setup of the webinar becomes a big task and there have been instances where live participant count is not correctly shown

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our go to platform for webinars and cutomer education and conversion. It has made our customer acquistion very easy specially for complex treatment methods

  ### 4. Unethical treatment of customers

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander K. | Human Resources Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

This is the worst company I've had experience working with. Avoid like a plague. After trying their product for a few weeks, I realized that it's not for me and graciously asked them to cancel my contract. They haven't responded for a while, and finally did respond saying that since my trial period is over, I cannot cancel it. Well, as you can see from other reviews here, I am not the first one to complain about this. Their treatment of their customers is highly unethical. Now, you can get free webinars with most CRM systems, anyway, so there is no use for this product. Don't waste your time. Get something like Zoho CRM which is already comes with webinar functionality without any additional cost.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Something you can get for free from other products and impossible to cancel service.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tried the product, but now have no use for it. They won't cancel my subscription and force me to pay for the whole year for something I have no use for.
Neither do they provide any help with creating the actual webinar.

  ### 5. NOT WORTH IT

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara G. | President, Legal Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2023

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

I love the partner service, everwebinar, (which you have to pay more for) that allows the participant to watch the webinar and feel as though it's a live webinar. This is great because we can then launch a webinar over and over again without having a person live online.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

They have more problems than they’re worth.

1) The integrations with 3rd party software such as mailchimp is inconsistent on both the pushing the registrants over and the custom form field population.

2) Their email service is clunky, hard to edit, doesn't have html options, and their own form fields don't populate correctly.

3) Their email service doesn't consistently send to registrants, or report emails that have been sent.

4) The interface is not user friendly. The presenter has to toggle between videos, slides, files, etc.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I pay my staff only one time to deliver a presentation, which is our main method of marketing.

  ### 6. Excellent tool for effective webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr Aman K. | General Manager Digital HealthCare, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Absolute ease of use for the atendees, very organised, makes life much easier

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

The camera processing can be made better. Also, need to be able to download detailed poll output per attendee and there should be ablility to download the registered participants customised individual links to be sent by whatsapp or other means

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes enrolling people into the plan, product, or service very easy by using the presence of an offer button, etc. Also, I find that the attendees don't have to download an app a HUGE plus point. Moreover, the interface is very simple to use for the viewers, thus making their engagement much better

  ### 7. Horrible user experience

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ibrahim F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2023

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Easy to set up a webinar
Has lots of useful options

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Good luck logging into the admin dashboard! It keeps logging you out every few seconds, and you got to login again and again until the system hopefully stabilizes and you're able to do your stuff! Super frustrating, obviously they don't put lots of efforts in improving their application.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinars runs well, that's the only good thing about WJ.

  ### 8. Hard to cancel and you can't delete your credit card info

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

easy to use. you don't need to install anything like goto

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

It's impossible to cancel. And the webinar didn't work (the video didn't load).

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use to do pre-recorded webinars

  ### 9. Once it's set up, it's a dream to run webinars on

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brady P. | Lifestyle Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Ease of use when cloning a webinar. What often takes hours with other systems can be done with a couple of clicks in WebinarJam, and that includes the deep integrations between tools.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

The setup process was time-consuming and frustrating. I also hate having to pay for two systems when it could easily just be one. Lastly, you do have to use a clean browser without any extensions or you may have issues.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to run both live and recorded webinars (EverWebinar) meaning I don't have to present and everything happens automatically. It allows us to scale our marketing efforts.

  ### 10. Best Tool to make your Webinar Live & More Attractive with Additional Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

The best feature which I like was making a recorded video into a live broadcast, It is solving the biggest problems of most young entrepreneurs. The features like adding a chat, creating a Poll, showing the poll results, sending reminders before the webinar starts with customizable emails, a separate dashboard to reply live chat messages. what else there are a lot of features that are really making a lot of things automated to launch a webinar at a suitable time.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Only one thing, If we want to change the recorded video of the existing webinar we need to remove the existing chat file also. But WebinarJam won't allow us to remove all the chats at once, we need to remove the individual chats every time. If there is an option to remove that chat file at once then it is good to go!

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a parallel webinar at the same time based on the users, Scheduling the webinar at our desired time even without any live from our end, Record a video as it was live and can broadcast as many times as we are online, creating a specific chat for each webinar, Hiding the live webinar in between the users, Giving a reply to each individual through separate dashboard etc.

  ### 11. Webinar Jam, simple to use with advanced features and settings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** chantelle L. | P, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Webinar Jam is easy to use but gives you all the options that you need to make the most of your webinar session.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Nothing, the platform is very good and we have had no issues with it

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

webinar jam is not as complicated as some of the other platforms but is as advanced

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinar jam allows you to integrate a registration process or landing page, record webinars, and offer replays for attendees that couldn't make the live session in a simple and efficient way.

  ### 12. Good Tool for Webinars

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan T. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

What I like best is that I can screenshare, do video, have uploaded slides, play a video, run a poll - there are a lot of options for what to do during a webinar.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I dislike some of the design choices and limitations. I would like to choose some UI colors to match my brand, and I'd like more customization of the reminder emails.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use webinarjam to do live webinars to inform our clients and potential customers about our area of expertise and invite them to use our products. It's a good service.

  ### 13. It is a great tool for webinars and it has everything under the sun

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2022

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

WebinarJam is a complete tool that has everything you need for a webinar tool.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I didn't like their pricing plans and the limitations on registrants under the tiers that they offered

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem to host a webinar, promote it, have a landing page dedicated to it and then analytics after the event

  ### 14. Poor Webinar System!

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2021

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

I like the Evergreen platform, if it works properly.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

We used WebinarJam because they market that it's easy to use and effective. It all sounds good until you spend so much money on marketing to send clients to the WebinarJam system and prospects complained every week that they could not view my video, they got booted off the webinar, prospects were not able to log into the webinar and so much more. I put out a support ticket on this issue and no one responds back. They have poor customer service. Don't waste your time on these small webinar companies. We went back to Zoom and so glad we did as Zoom has the infrastructure to run effective zoom and webinars and have the team and experience to help when something goes wrong. We spent so much money monthly on marketing dollars to get people to our webinar and WebinarJam made us lose so many prospects and money.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Do not fall for their marketing to get you signed up. They have bad customer service. They don't have the infrastructure. Do not rely on your prospects to go to this program as you will lose leads.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospects had issue logging on, the webinar would not start, the webinar will freeze, prospects constantly had issues trying to log in.

  ### 15. WebinarJam is a NIGHTMARE

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oana M. B. | Head of Digital Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Software isn't bad but there are so many so much better...

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

The experience was a nightmare from the beginning, not because of the software, let's say we understood the errors, the fact that we had one webinar where hosts couldn't hear each other at all, that all our data just disappeared over night but what is terrible is the Customer Service.

After all the troubles we tried to stay positive and understood that those were just some errors and we have even upgraded with them. To do that they asked us to cancel our first plan (basic) and they said that they will send us a refund.

We did that and asked them to just change the account because we've changed banks.

They refused to send us the refund on the grounds that they only can send it to the card that made the payment. They accepted the new order on the new account but they didn't want to send us our refund back on the same account. Outrageous and horrible...PLEASE DON'T BUY!

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing.

  ### 16. Brilliantly user-friendly and overall excellent product

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theo P. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Professional invites & presenter UX design, a professional and clean meeting-room design, excellent video-and-presentation playback, and superbly helpful support staff. The quality of the sound is also great (most of the time).
The fact that it runs in your browser, is relatively lightweight and not very data-heavy.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

No breakout rooms, no agency model available, and the awkward wait while the presentation goes live (and technically being live before you are "shown" live). Attendees not being able to see other attendees' names. A few mobile issues. 10-second delay from talking to being heard by the audience. No saving of the poll results, support not great.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Take it step by step, and keep at it. Use other integrations like WhatsApp to invite (and remind) registrants of the meetings.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weekly in-situ meetings that were supposed to happen in Cape Town, South Africa, are now able to be held with global presenters weekly and have allowed us to reach areas previously impossible (or at least very difficult) to reach. We can also share insight from a whole range of speakers on a more scalable platform than previously.

  ### 17. It is an excellent platform to hold webinars in a very professional way

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hindreck M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

It is an excellent platform to carry out webinars in a very professional way, especially because it allows integration with Facebook and YouTube, so we can record lives through this same platform, and its ease of use is something that is worth it. Mention, because being honest not all applications can be used as easily as WebinarJam allows, which with a few settings is ready to use. Another thing that I really like about this application is its originality in terms of the development of functions, at least I LOVED the panic button, since when I see that something is not working as it should, I just press it and automatically the screen freezes and the audio remains muted, giving me time to solve the problems that arose so that I can resume my webinar without any major inconvenience. Their customer service team is quite quick when it comes to solving any problem that may arise while using the application, so you don't have to wait days for the support team's response. A fairly simple application, but at the same time powerful enough to carry out any activity

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Really the only thing I could complain about is the lack of documentation in Spanish for this application, since I get information but in English and this leads me to waste time doing the translations to be able to interpret what it says and know what is what I should do in case of a problem.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me this tool has become more than a simple application to make and record webinars, I must say that now it is my trusted comprehensive solution when wanting to record any type of content that I want to publish both on my social networks and didactic material to make my presentations due to all the functionalities that it has, in short it is a most complete tool to solve any type of problems framed in the creation and edition of webinar or lives.

  ### 18. WebinarJam Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis Enrique R. | Coordinador de Contenidos, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

  ### 19. Good for the invitation stand point, but bunch of limitation on the "live"

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gianluca M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

The registration process for the attendees, decent flexibility in the creation of personalized registration and thank you pages.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

First, in the a modern webinar it is common to have a Presentation with videos included. With this system, you cannot broadcast a presentation with animations and videos. They suggest to load your presentation (if made with the common presentation software) and they convert for the streaming but with tons of limitation (you will lose all the animations, bullet points appearance, video are converted in a single picture etc...) if you share your desktop or the Presentation app, you can transmit the videos but without the audio ?! (this function is included in a lot of competitor software).
To solve this problem the only way was to mount the videos with a 3rd party app, load the videos on Youtube and link the videos to the presentation, but here again a big limitation. Every time you play a video when the video ends the system return to the camera instead of the desktop sharing, in a presentation with 40 slides and 9 videos, a lot of distractions for me to present (with a lot of clicks and commands to do, and a lot of distraction for the audience the see the presentation, then the video (after some second to command the play, then my camera full screen at the end of the video, and then after some commands (click on share, chose the tab applications, chose the application to share, click on share) again the presentation.
A big limitation after all.
Microphones, enormous limitations, you can choose the audio source only before starting the presentation, if you have some issue and want to switch to a different audio source? No settings, not possible. Can you imagine what happens in my first presentation when my Airpods die for the battery? I have said goodbye to the audience by chat..... even with the wired earplug if you unplug and plug again the earplug, the microphone doesn't work anymore.

The pools during the presentation, you cannot save the result of multiple pools, every time you want to open a pool you need to reset the result of the previous.... why?

A big missing, a questionnaire at the end of the presentation (for example voting the best product presented, or express the needs to be recontacted on a product presented).

And the mother of all the issues assistance, no chat, only a form to send an email, they have replied to me after 9 days and from a notreply address, so no way to further discuss the issue.

At the end of the day, I`m not happy at all with this software, unfortunately I have already paid for the Professional (799$) but I don't see the value in the product.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Use this software only as entry-level, if you don't need to present with videos, testimonial, etc... Otherwise I strongly suggest other vendors.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able, with a lot of limitation and time to recreate videos etc.. to do my webinar. But again, even after some tests before the "live", I have had issues in the presentations.
Also the product still have some bugs broadcasting the youtube videos (always the last of the presentation).

  ### 20. Satisfied WebinarJam User

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

WebinarJam has a simple, clean interface users appreciate. The registration/email support is great and the presenter options easy to use. I especially like the RePlay option. I have found nothing like it with other programs.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

WebinarJam seems to have unusually long latency between presenter and participant. Since the Chat and Offers options apparently run on different (more direct/faster) channels this puts the host/presenter out of sync with participants using these functions. I find this frustrating.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am in education, not sales. However, a solid RePlay option lets my offering continue to be useful to others.

  ### 21. Has what you need to make the magic happen.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophia W. | Owner, Teacher, and Practitioner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

I love the ease of set up, the whiteboard in the room. The ability to engage and interact with people chat, bring them on screen, and multiple ways to get feed back.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I didn't know there was Mailchimp integration. Till today. I hesitate to bring multiple people on screen at once it seems to slow down a lot. So not my favorite for some aspects of my teaching style. Great for webinar style. I wish I could save my slides inside a window instead of setting that up each time I log into the webinar room.

I also don't like that it doesn't automatically record my webinar. I did one and didn't realize I had to record. So I lost the whole of it.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

If you are looking for a system to connect, educate and sell from this has it set up SO EASY! just take the time to get to know it and you will find useful thoughtful treasures in every corner of the design.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy opt-ins.

  ### 22. WebinarJam is a solid platform with great marketing tools.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

The marketing tools, relatively easy to set up, audience interaction tools.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

The ongoing lag between broadcast and the audience hearing you (This can be very frustrating but you can adapt to it when you have to), Lack of foreign language support, occasional weird behaviour in the UX.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Trial it first to see if it meets your needs. Test integrations to make sure they simplify the process for you. We are currently having to do lots of manual work to integrate with HubSpot, our LMS and other parts of our system. Not all WebinarJam's fault though.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching an increased audience with our training content, up-selling to the audience to promote services, have delivered to an audience of over 500 flawlessly.

  ### 23. There could be a few improvements.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

There are a lot of options for adding content, pop ups, polls, etc.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

The registration page - it's often not read to the bottom of the screen where you actually have to click in order to get to register. The set up pages should have the continue at the bottom of each page instead of having to scroll to the top of the page. Also, just logging into Webinarjam should just be a click on the Webinarjam box.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Practice practice practice

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

See above dislike box. Once everything is set up what we have been able to produce works well. It's helping us to reach a broad audience.

  ### 24. WebinarJam rocks!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

The ability to schedule and customize multiple webinars.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

The tech support leaves a lot to be desired. Often it takes more than 24 hours to get a response, and multiple 24 hour volleys to resolve an issue.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

A relatively robust tool for handling multiple events over multiple and/or overlapping time frames.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling and recording webinars. Will plan to integrate with EverWebinar once we have enough recorded content.

  ### 25. WebinarJam's shelf life is over...

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

WebinarJam was designed by high end marketers for marketers, and so it streamlines the process of delivering a webinar aimed to support selling things.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

The software never delivered on its promises to make streaming to facebook live work. It has not been properly updated, and never did solve the lag problem completely. There are newer, cheaper products on the market which allow more than only four presenters at a time.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

There are other newer products which offer more features, and do not require downloads, such as whereby.com

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarJam made it easy to register prospects to webinars and to keep in touch with them by sending reminders at regular intervals.

  ### 26. So far the best service for large webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugen V. | Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

WebinarJam offers a big variety of opportunities for me as webinar host. Registration page, one-click registation link, tracking goals, option to change design, great chat room, good statistics.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Connection quite often fails. You need to have a good internet and up-to-day laptop.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I integrated one-click registration link as a confirmation url after participants filled the web-form from zoho crm. I was heppy that it works so good.

  ### 27. Webinarjam for teaching

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karense F. | CEO and founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

I can have many participants, there are many features, you can replay the webinar

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

The delay when I do a webinar. I have to be logged in as a regular participant to see the chat log in real time.
The participants can fast forward on the replay link. They have to see the whole webinar, although they may want to skip some parts

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

It is a great program with many advanced features that I haven´t learned to use yet. Looking forward to learn more.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teaching to a large group. It is convenient, fun and popular!

  ### 28. I couldn't image a company with worse customer service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

The software works better than the competitors to my knowledge, which is unfortunate because the company is absolutely awful (and the software doesn't even work that well either, just better than the other options).

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I dislike that because the other softwares in this space just aren't that good, I don't have much option but to work with EW. Their customer service is the worst example of how customers ought to be treated. The company doesn't care in the slightest about their clients, nor are they able to effectively fix major issues with their software within any reasonable amount of time.

A few examples:

- EW recently launched a new version of their platform which required all users to manually migrate every single piece of their data from old to new. EW gave a total of 1 month heads up about this before they deleted everything and locked users out of the old version. For reference, the process took my team about 30 hours.

- That same "new version" of the software had some massive holes in it, which rendered the whole software virtually useless to a particular group of customers. It took my team over 10 days to show their support personnel that this issue existed. They insisted time and time again that it was user-error, until finally after over 10 days of back and forth they realized that it was a system-error and actually began to fix it.

- Their support team responds to tickets within about 24-48 hours in my experience, which in my opinion is abysmal. Resolving even critical issues takes days.

- Coming back to the launch of their "new version", EW later decided to extend the timeline on deleting all content from the old version by another month. Rather than informing their users of this though, they did it quietly without any heads up. The goal seems to have been to "trick" users into dropping everything and not delay the migration process. The result was just that, and my team dropped everything for several days to complete the process (while also trying to get EW to fix the aforementioned holes in their new software). Being treated like children who can't manage timelines without being lied to is... Wow.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use EW to run automated webinars and promote our training programs.

  ### 29. The email system is poor and inflexible

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neill T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

The marketing elements allow you to customise emails. We do not have a marketing department per se but the software is easy to navigate and the tutorials helpful. Once you have set up one webinar all others are very easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I haven't seen many downsides. If I had a wish list I would like to add a better follow up feedback questionnaire to be sent to the attendees after the webinar. It would also be helpful if the presenters could select a better quality background to provide a more polished appearance.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During lockdown we have been able to continue to reach out to our client base and attract new clients via the internet rather than the traditional marketing methods.

  ### 30. The best functions

I am fond of Live Chat,Automated Recordings and Flexible Scheduling. Ran webinars every week and need for this only one room!

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Connection, connection, connection... Sometime it craches everything. But happens rarely

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Th main benefits are the best support, discount offers. Ideal for live events, easy to watch on the smartphone.

  ### 31. A platform of choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmitry Badiarov V. | Professional Speaker, Coach, Mentor for Music Professionals, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Easy and fast setup. Fast loading pages. Easy for the users. Easy integrated with 3rd party apps and tools. It's an awesome platform. I am recommending WebinarJam and Ever Webinar to everyone I know who wants to use webinars in their marketing mix.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Very limited design options for the Landing pages and for the thank you pages. Some them certainly lower the conversions.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

If you are looking for a fast start with webinars, WebinarJam is certainly one of the best platforms out there. It is easily integrated with EverWebinar for your automated webinars. It is easily integrated with ClickFunnels and potentially other similar platforms.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinar leads are the 2nd highest quality leads after LIVE event leads. Which means more sales and more profits. Location freedom is an important plus, since these webinars can be run from anywhere.

  ### 32. Advanced solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

WebinarJam can host webinars for the large number of attendees. Our maximum was around 4000 articipants on pick. Just perfect!

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I dislike quality of the recording. It could be better. But I understand that it is impossible to receive better quality and still load all videos on your servers.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Screen sharing is just perfect, I like whiteboard regime to make notes online. Also, for it was important to manage the size of the video and screen. Just perfect!

2. PowerPoint file size constraint to 80MB
3. Cannot upload multiple PowerPoint files at the same time
4. Presenter screen show mirror video image
5. Live constraint to 3 hours only

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

  ### 34. My experience with Webinarjam

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Delighted to bring the experience of using Webinarjam.
It is the platform par excellence to develop interviews and affiliate marketing.
The use is easy and the generation of the webinar in both modalities is simple.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Things to improve:

The webinar design should have more options, not just color changes.
Example:
That the presenter could reduce his image when interviewing another presenter or moderator.
Possibility of establishing a horizontal position when there are two people, by this I mean one on top of the other.

Greater interaction with social networks when publishing a webinar (fb, twitter, Instagram, Linkedin)

Increase followers in the library to reach more people, with the possibility of sharing the library webinar with the networks so that more people sign up.

These are some of the things that I think can contribute to improving, a program that is already very good.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best platform for interviews and online marketing.
In my case, later I pass the recorded by cable tv, promoting webinarjam

  ### 35. Excellent tool for selling courses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Webinarjam is very easy to use and at the same moment gives a lot of tools and customizations. I was looking for a webinar tool that will save me a lot of time and effort when selling my product. I also like the ready-made templates they offer as well as the automatization of all processes.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I dream about templates adjusted for other countries e.g. Poland. As for now I think most of them are prepared for US market so you need to modify them. Fortunately it is very easy to do.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to build a great sales funnel

  ### 36. Good streaming but problems with countdown

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alpesh P. | Founder, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

When it works, it's good design and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Crashes a lot, mid webinar, sometimes people and I can't log in. I know the investment has not been made into the backend tech.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Sad to say don't. It will crash so often that you cannot use it for business.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have livestorm and zoom as my goto solutions due to the unreliability of webinarjam. So actually, they solve my problems.

  ### 38. Why WebinarJam Rocks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

I like that my links are always easy to find!

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Going from the old version to the new version I missed saving a few things, but that's not on WebinarJam, that's on me.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Best provider in the space if you want simple tools and secure presentations.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem solved by WebinarJam is having a secure space to host. No fear of internet lurkers taking over my screen, even presenting live.

  ### 39. It was good experience!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** yiğit k. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

It was smooth broadcasting. We didnt have any technical trouble.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Wish that we could split the screen as one side "presentation", the other side "presenter". This is the only negative thing I saw.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really did could interact with our customers. That was nice.

  ### 40. the most we enjoy using webinarjam is the continuity of the features improvement

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 41. Excellent Experience! Sign Up Fields could be more customizable.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in International Trade and Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2020

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

We've had a great experience with WebinarJam, so far we've trained more than 50,000 SMEs with all of our webinars. It´s a very friendly platform.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

We use our own platform for the Sign Up as we need to have more fields. But overall, a very good experience with webinarjam.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online trainings

  ### 42. Don't fall into their free trial trap

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacey S. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2019

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

I liked the idea of supporting multiple presenters, not having users download anything and the marketing of the events built into the setup.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Their free trial is a trap and impossible to quit. No account management in the UI, the telephone number is just a message, and no one has ever responded to me from support. I finally had to quit the system via Amex - blocking them as a merchant.

I found all this out after I abandoned my trial because the second webinar I tried had no audio. The setup and admin to harvest the attendees was convoluted. Their UI sucks, with features hidden in weird places.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Any company that makes it impossible to close the account, or talk to support is not a customer centric company and has questionable business morals. I do not recommend.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, its only created problems.

  ### 43. User Friendly, Cost Effective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

You can't beat WebinarJam's cost- it's a great tool for getting your message to larger audiences. The webinar process is fairly simple & can be learned quickly. Chat, slides, video integrations are pretty seamless.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

It lacks some functionality in video integrations: skipping to part of a video, interrupting the video to go speak.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training clients during the time that works best for them. They are happier and feel well-served.

  ### 44. WebinarJam

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2019

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

Very effective tool for hosting webinars for heath and safety. Easy to setup and use for non-technical users.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

A bit pricey in my opinion. I feel they could do better in this area.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Great for professional use. Especially for health and safety.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating webinars for employees to watch and take part in.

  ### 45. How did we ever do webinars before??

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2019

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

The entire process is so seamless! We love how you can set up all of the email notifications (pre-webinar reminder emails, replay emails, etc), plus integrate with our email marketing provider for a more robust communication strategy. The ability to pre-add offers, video injections, file sharing, and more is awesome and makes the live session run so smoothly. There's an express configuration if you're in a rush,, but we like using the full configuration to set up all the details.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

The only thing we dislike is that replay viewers can't fast-forward through the webinar replays. While we totally understand why they have it set up like this as a default, we wish there were an option to change this, as several of our webinar attendees have requested it.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Highly recommend, especially if you're planning on hosting multiple webinars per month, and you already have started building your audience.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarJam helps us generate leads and drive sales. We're able to offer free, value-packed online workshops to anyone in the world, and at the end we can pitch related products. Webinar conversion rates are much, much higher than conversions on social media.

  ### 46. Definitely my favorite webinar software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2018

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

WebinarJam allows you maximum control over the webinar experience. For anyone who sells products or services via webinar, you know the need to have things happen in a very precise fashion, such as videos rolling and/or showing PowerPoint slides. I can easily add those into my presentation and seamlessly transition back and forth between them.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I miss some of the old templates for the Thank You pages. I wish it was easier to make those nice and have more content on them. (Maybe something they'll fix soon!)

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

You can't just slap together any old webinar and hope it works. You need to think about the presentation and how the audience will perceive it. WebinarJam not only has the tools to make the presentation better looking, the setup process for a webinar will force you to think critically about it. Also, if you like integrating your webinars seamlessly with your CRM, this is going to be a very good setup for you.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a webinar platform to convert leads to new members of our program. This software integrated with Infusionsoft (one of our requirements) and was perfectly situated to lead up to a sale at the end of the webinar. You can display an offer at just the right moment. I was able to do the same webinar for over a year (live every time) with zero problems and got more program members from that webinar than just about anything else we did during that time!

  ### 47. Simple and Easy Webinar Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

I really like the ease of use and professionalism there is to the platform of this website. I really like how I can use up to 6 co-presenters within my webinar. The quality of the video and audio is superb and I can say that my coworkers and colleagues enjoy it as much as I do. I also really enjoy having a live chat during my webinar as well with the people in my video chat. It makes this very advanced and high quality and a valuable resource tool.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I do not have any dislikes about WebinarJam currently.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

This platform is very high quality and I find it to be extremely worth it. My coworkers enjoyed using this platform and I know that with the simplicity and professional looking platform, it makes WebinarJam enjoyable to use.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problems we are solving with WebinarJam is the communication we need from different geographical points. People travel for business and it is a great tool we can use to keep means of communication when other staff is away.

  ### 48. Great experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

I liked how intuitive the platform is that you can pretty much teach yourself. It is very structured and the steps of use are very clear. It contains lots of valuable features and enables users to create cool webinars. The customer support system is probably one of the best I have dealt with. They go above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I don't have many problems with this software as it has solved so many problems for me but one thing I noted was that it is important to be extra careful when playing around with it as I accidentally deleted a previous webinar and the system has no way of resurrecting deleted files.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

If you run webinars on a regular basis I would 100% recommend using webinar jam. Especially if your goal is to get a lot of viewers. It is so easy to use and intuitive that you can learn it by yourself without wasting too much time training your staff in on it.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sign ups to our webinars increased dramatically as we finally found a system that has smooth integration and easy set up for viewers. I found with previous softwares our numbers were dropping due to technical difficulties and viewers don't have patience, it needs to be efficient.

  ### 49. Better than adobe connect

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2018

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

I liked that I could upload slides and run power point presentations through with the audience. When I used adobe connect I had this problem

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

I dislike the lack of privacy in live streams - when I wanted to do a closed stream with my team (who are from all over) about unpublished results I realized there were people accessing it that were not invited.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

check out the trial for sure. 1$ for 60 days.

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When sharing research results the Jam Polls allowed us to ask research participants what their perceptions about what the results would be were, before sharing the results, I found the jam polls less glitchy than other options for example adobe connect which I do not like.

  ### 50. Definitely beats Skype for hosting webinars

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hassam F. | Head of Lifecycle & Product Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about WebinarJam?**

I really like the fact that you can connect with multiple presenters in an interface that's engaging for the users.

**What do you dislike about WebinarJam?**

Good connectivity with third party apps but I'd like to see an Outlook add-in that would automatically add an e-mail message with a link

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarJam:**

Definitely try out the trial and see if it works for your use case!

**What problems is WebinarJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to host webinars about our product to multiple law firms. The benefits were allowing multiple firms to join in on the call and interact via polls.
