What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

What I like best about WebinarGeek is how incredibly intuitive and user-friendly the entire interface is. Setting up a professional webinar—complete with custom-branded registration pages and automated reminder emails—takes just a matter of minutes instead of hours. The native engagement tools like live polls, Q&A sections, and interactive Call-To-Action buttons are highly effective at keeping our audience involved throughout the session and seamlessly turning viewers into actionable leads. What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

While WebinarGeek is a fantastic tool, the pricing tiers can feel a bit restrictive for growing businesses. Some of the more advanced customization options, deeper integrations, and automated webinar features are locked behind the higher-priced plans, which might be a stretch for smaller teams or startups. What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using WebinarGeek, we struggled to connect our webinar engagement data directly with our CRM, which made following up with leads a fragmented and manual process. WebinarGeek solved this by offering seamless integrations and built-in interactive tools like live polls and CTAs. The biggest benefit has been the ability to capture high-intent leads in real-time and instantly push them into our marketing pipeline, significantly improving our conversion rates and saving our team hours of administrative work.
