**What do you like best about Webinar+?**

I really appreciate Brandlive Studio Webcasting's ability to make virtual events appear truly professional without the need for a complicated setup. Its clean and easy-to-use interface, coupled with strong customization options, allows me to fully brand and polish events seamlessly. I love the interactive features such as Q&A, chat, and polls, which are fantastic for keeping the audience engaged throughout the event. Additionally, the streaming reliability and the option for on-demand playback provide a robust flexibility that accommodates different audiences and time zones perfectly. Overall, it effectively combines simplicity with high production quality, making it an indispensable tool for professional virtual event hosting.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit complex for first-time users, especially when setting up advanced layouts or scenes. The customization options are good, but adding more flexible design templates would make event setup even faster. Live-interaction features work well, but real-time analytics during the event could be more detailed. Depending on the internet connection, there can occasionally be slight delays for presenters joining from different regions. Overall, the platform is effective, but smoother onboarding, enhanced customization, and more robust analytics would make it even better.

I use Brandlive Studio Webcasting to reach large, distributed audiences with professional events, overcoming physical limitations. It enhances engagement with interactive tools and simplifies event production. On-demand playback ensures wide message dissemination, and it offers customizable branding while maintaining high production quality.

**What do you like best about Webinar+?**

Brandlive Studio offers exceptional production quality and a seamless user experience. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to set up, customize, and manage live or on-demand events. The branding options, scene control, and smooth streaming quality help deliver a professional, broadcast-like feel that truly engages viewers. The analytics dashboard is also very helpful for post-event insights and performance tracking.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

While the platform is powerful, it can feel slightly complex for first-time users due to the number of configuration options. Pricing is also on the higher side compared to some competitors, which may not suit smaller teams or one-time users. Integration with third-party CRMs and marketing tools could also be improved to make the workflow smoother.

Brandlive Studio Webcasting helps us deliver high-quality virtual events and webinars with consistent branding and smooth production control. It eliminates the need for multiple tools by combining streaming, engagement, and analytics in one platform. This has significantly improved our event professionalism, reduced technical glitches, and provided valuable insights through detailed post-event reports. **What do you like best about Webinar+?**

- Detailed event analytics
- Easy management of participant databases - numerous options for segmenting databases into groups (using various tickets and tags)
- Interaction opportunities with participants through the app: rating presentations, surveys, asking questions to speakers
- Ability to post recordings of the event for participants' review
- Profiles of partners/exhibitors for events that clients can fill out themselves
- Excellent customer service from Agnieszka Kapłon :)

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

A long process of implementing the proposed solutions. I also don't like the Landing Page Builder module - it is not very user-friendly, and I miss several functionalities that I hope will be implemented in the future.

 I need greater integration between the partner profile and the tools they can use (e.g., Eventory Scanner)."

**What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tools that I can use with Eventory without needing to implement them on my website, primarily:

- Event participant analytics
- Event registration and online payment module
-  Agenda module etc

In a word - it allows me to quickly launch a new product (conference) for sale.

**What do you like best about Webinar+?**

I enjoy the ability to customize the platform to fit the needs of any company or event. Everything is adaptable to echo the branding needs and the design team goes above and beyond to make sure that the event looks great for all. 

Customer service is wonderful! Pieter Miering has helped me and my team every step of the way to make sure that we had everything ready for our events this season, and I knew I could count on him to help us succeed.

We have been able to try out many features - webinars, building custom vacancy search rooms and networking spaces.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

I wish the back end of the platform was more user-friendly and intuitive. It took a lot of training and practice to successfully build all aspects of the booths and the event. Without help from customer service I would have been a bit lost even after watching the training videos. Someone who is not tech saavy would stuggle. I would also love the chat within the platform to appear larger and clearer for attendees.

**What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us tremendously by working with the tech team to integrate a job search room within the environment. This allowed the job seekers to have a clear way to search through all available jobs in an easy to use format. It was extremely successful! 6Connex is continuously upgrading and adding features to the platform.

**What do you like best about Webinar+?**

The customer support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. Additionally, the landing page editor was intuitive and easy to use, making event preparation much smoother. The platform was also easy to implement and customize to meet our specific needs, which saved us a lot of time and effort.

We encountered issues with printer connections during the event; however, this was not due to the platform itself but rather external hardware configurations.

Eventory simplifies event management by handling multiple aspects seamlessly. It enables smooth ticket sales, efficient badge printing, live agenda updates, and real-time notification sending during the event. **What do you like best about Webinar+?**

The customer service at 6Connex is incredible. Their platform is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate while the available features and customizability are so vast.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

The only downside is that there are so many options and so many configurations, that it does take quite a while to setup. The designers are also quite literal, so you do need to have an idea of exactly what you want. Otherwise, their staff is incredibly helpful.

We are able to reach a virtual audience of patients who arent able to attend our events in person for monetary or physical limitations.

How helpful Michael is  - we had a lot of internal changes & he has been a saving grace with patience updating our website while I adjust to the changes.

**What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guest registration for the Gala and the Sports Masters Ball was conducted electronically for the first time using the Eventory platform.
It took place in two stages, for which two different events were prepared: one online for initial registration and the second on-site.
During the first stage, participants filled out a form, which allowed for a preliminary verification of the guest list before generating individual QR codes for them. This allowed us to exclude guests not on the invitation list.
The registration form was a tool for collecting data such as dietary preferences, accompanying person details, and consent to marketing communication.
At the same time, participants agreed to the event's terms and conditions. After verification, the registered persons' data were imported into the second stage of registration.
Then, participants automatically received a QR code that contained information about the assigned table, diet, participation category (media, award presenter, nominee) and served as an admission ticket.
It was mandatory to have an ID document at the entrance, which increased security - both in terms of verification and limiting access to participant data. The reception hostesses only needed the Eventory check-in app. Last year, they had access to a file with the guest list.
This system streamlined the reception's work, enabling quick information delivery to guests about their places, and raised the level of security. We significantly reduced the queue for event registration.
Eventory was used for the first time on such a large scale in the context of a live event, offering high-quality customer service. Two technological innovations were implemented for us, which significantly improved the efficiency of our work.

Challenges:

verifying guests before they receive a QR code
creating a registration process and terms and conditions
importing constantly changing data (table numbers)
removing contacts/participants from the database
collecting individual email addresses – the system does not accept duplicate addresses
VIP registration
