What do you like best about Webgility?

Webgility offers just what we need for accounting automation and is excellent for rapidly growing businesses. The UI is very streamlined, saving our team hours of labor every day. The support team was exceptional in setting us up, and made sure to keep our onboarding sessions as closely scheduled as possible. What do you dislike about Webgility?

There are a few niche cases that are specific to our custom manufacturing processes that do not translate easily over to Webgility. While Webgility can technically handle these, there must be certain workaround that reduce overall ease of automation. Other than this, there are no real complaints with Webgility that are outside of our specific use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webgility solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our accounting process was 100% manual. Each order received through our sales channels was input entirely by hand into our accounting software. As our business grew, so did the manual inputs.
