I like that Webexpenses has features built in to scan the receipts you upload and strip the data from them, which can be useful for auto-populating the different expenses, especially if you've been away a few times in one month. The UI makes it quick and easy to blast through a bunch of receipts so you're not sat punching in numbers for ages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI can be a little confusing at first, requiring the receipts to be uploaded to a different section before starting a claim but overall the website works very well and you can go over 10-20 claims in a matter of minutes. I'd like the VAT detection to be better (This might be a UK issue) where it often doesn't find the VAT on the receipts for some reason, and asks you to clarify this after almost every claim submission.
