I use Webexpenses for claiming business mileage in my private car. I don't have to keep track of my mileage anymore because it allows me to enter the postcodes of places I've visited for work. It calculates the miles traveled and automatically calculates the allowance. It's very easy to use; I can just enter the postcodes that I have traveled to for work and see that on a map for verification. If I have made a mistake, I can quite clearly see on the map that I did not travel that far. Also, I can see the history of expenses claimed to check if it's roughly the same each week. I would love an ability to create a template that I can use each week because I have to enter the same start and end miles every time, which is kind of repetitive. Also, having a list of places I have visited previously and the ability to just click on those for new claims would definitely make things more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
