"Truly one of the best applications for meetings"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I like the best feature as the connectivity is very strong even if the network is on the slower side I have always had strong connection in both audio and video calls. Also even its free tier allows up to 100 participants and doesn't limit the duration how long we can hold any meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

I disliked just one thing that the customer support here is not very good and not that convenient. Also sometimes in the meeting while sharing the screen the quality is not very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whenever we have to connect with the large number of people to discuss something or to discuss a solution with the client from onsite we use Cisco WebEx meeting to discuss and resolve the problem. It has both the webx video conferencing and teams service giving us a lot of benefits to collaborate in a productive way. Using the teams service we can set up the meetings as per our requirements to take the maximum benefit out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
