What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Cisco Jabber provides a super-easy way to share a screen with your colleagues without having to have a voice or video calls. It is a seamless screen share functionality. I also quite like the calendar integration which lists all the events from the WebEx calls in Jabber itself.

Alert, when the user available online feature, is quite useful when you need to speak to one of your colleagues on an urgent matter. Jabber does not allow you to send messages to colleagues when they are offline. Getting an alert when a user comes online is quite a useful feature; I use them quite a lot. What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

I found Cisco Jabber messages syncing terrible. It does not sync messages from the desktop client to mobile clients at all. It is quite annoying because the other platforms provide the feature and got used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cisco Jabber helps me to connect to our global technical support group quite easily. When working with the technical support group, the sharing screen feature is quite handy as well as checking if they are available online or not so nice. Jabber indicates if your colleagues are available or in a call or sharing a screen. The status is also a good feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
