Seamless file sharing / presenting, video and audio live / recording functionality with a Global presence that allows me to be on calls either via dialing out or on device or being called back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recordings can be only viewed with the help of a Cisco client that has to be installed on the system. There are times when I have to show some demos to the client and since I am not allowed to carry my work computer to their premises it becomes difficult even after sharing the recording for them to be able to install the player and run.
