Ran a full day conference with multiple tracks running at once, and previously we just had one flat agenda page that made it genuinely confusing which sessions overlapped with what. Built out separate tracks properly this time, technical, business, and a beginner track, so attendees could filter to just what mattered to them instead of scrolling through everything trying to piece together their own schedule. Complaints about accidentally missing something dropped noticeably compared to our last conference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Speakers assigned to sessions across different tracks occasionally got double booked in our planning spreadsheet before the actual event, had to catch and fix two scheduling conflicts manually before the day of since the platform itself didn't flag that for us.
