What do you like best about Webex Connect?

I like that it brings multiple communication channels together, instead of forcing me to use separate tools for each one. The APIs and the drag-and-drop Flow Builder are especially helpful because they let you set up automated workflows without having to build every process from scratch. What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

The platform offers a wide range of features and configuration options, which means it can take new users some time to grasp the overall workflow and how everything fits together. Also, setting up more advanced integrations and communication flows may require technical knowledge, so it can feel less approachable for non-technical users.
