What do you like best about WebEngage?

Its user-friendly interface makes it very easy to adapt to new features. It also helps with reporting of the campaigns which gives a much clearer picture and helps in planning our future marketing campaigns based on them. What do you dislike about WebEngage?

The reports can sometimes be inaccurate when downloaded, so they must be corrected manually with a formula. Other than that, the conversion tracker feature on the on-site notifications particularly can be difficult to set sometimes as it usually ends up in error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

WebEngage has helped us reach our audience via various mediums and garnered effective results. WhatsApp has had a high conversion rate and has helped us reach our targets more efficiently. The campaign reports have also helped us make better data-based decisions that help us plan our future campaigns. It also has a feature of predictive segments, which has benefitted in targeting the warmer leads more effectively. We were previously reaching out to our audience via email.
