WCMD is a newer tool in the arsenal of transcription services. It's a fantastic all-in-one service; clients can upload dictation, transcriptions have easy access and ability to send for quality checks, and you can even have the files automatically delivered if desired. Some of the backend instructions for account management are not intuitive. For example, needing to add a back up MT for a particular client necessitates changing their associations so they can see their files -- this isn't obvious if you're a new user. There is a lengthy video tutorial on the site available to all users, however. Their support staff is also less than ideal, as they have a tendency to brush off concerns.
