What do you like best about Web EDI?

If you need to process data via EDI and you don't want to worry about all of the back end details, then WebEDI is your provider of choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Web EDI?

Currently, their interface uses Adobe Flash and can only be accessed by a client that allows Flash. Smart phones, tablets, etc. that don't allow Flash are unable to view the site. This is a problem when I'm on the road without my laptop or in a location that doesn't have WiFi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Web EDI:

I've been using Web EDI.com for almost 16 years. The product is very easy to use and their customer service team is very professional and responsive to the needs of their clients. In my opinion, WebEDI is the best solution to your EDI needs. My recommendation is that you stop looking elsewhere and choose WebEDI.com. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Web EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

95% of my customers utilize EDI as the means for transmitting their orders and for receiving invoices. The data is transmitted instantly, so my customer can receive their invoice the same day the product delivers which means I can get paid faster.
