What do you like best about Web Discovery?

The single best thing about this tool is that it has every drop of data you need as an AdTech company to find potential clients. Almost no matter what it is that I can cook up that is a combination of data points that would be someone I should target you can find in Red Volcano. Customer support is absolutely fantastic as well. Very easy to get help from their team, and one way or another they'll sort out whatever issue you might be having! What do you dislike about Web Discovery?

I'd say that there is a bit less polish in the overall UX than some of the other platforms I've tried. You can tell this is a very purpose-built platform, even to the point that you can suggest features and see them show up. I've tried the extremely polished platforms, but they are always lacking that feature set. Things like CRM integrations have to be done with their team, but it is a quick process and works great once set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Web Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have an extremely specific set of data that we need to analyze to find potential publishers for our platform. This is not an easy set of data to put together, and most of the time you're gluing together data from a ton of different platforms. Red Volcano's web discovery really brings it all together in one, and it has the exact data sets and the way to combine them that is specific to my type of company.
