What do you like best about Web Control?

Certified by multiple manufacturers, WebControl helped us fill the role of an "approved" CRM system without breaking the bank. Their sales process and automation tools were very handy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Web Control?

WebControl is what I would call a no-frills CRM. Their interface hasn't been updated in years, and it shows. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it is not the most intuitive software that I have ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Web Control:

It takes a little longer to set up, but once you get all of the templates and processes in place, it does a great job of keeping tabs on everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Web Control solving and how is that benefiting you?

Two of our seven manufacturers did not list our primary DMS & CRM system as a certified vendor. WebControl was on their list and was able to be integrated with our main systems! This allowed us to pass muster without breaking the bank! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
