**What do you like best about Weave?**

Integration is fantastic between phones, text, reminder system, faxing, etc.  This is a powerhouse and it interfaces with our antiquated EHR system, even though the EHR vendor makes no effort to allow for or support the interface.  Functionally this is a very good communication platform.  They fix problems and develop new solutions all of the time.  

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

More integration with our EHR, but our vendor doesn't really facilitate this, so we are grateful for what integration there is.  I'd like to use the online scheduling feature, but it won't write back to our EHR.  Again not Weave's fault. 

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VOIP phone service with user configurable auto attendant and phone trees.  These allow us to customize the caller experience and to organize incoming calls.  

Weave has business text, providing an alternate way for patients to contact our staff, which is convenient and especially useful when our phones are busy. 

We also utilize auto messaging functions and scheduling auto reminders that are tied to our medical practice softare schedule.   This saves us time and the need to call each patient to remind them of their appointments.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

I LOVE the real time texting capabilities which come in for the entire office allowing anyone who is free to be able to respond quickly to time sensitive issues.  I also really like being able to "unread" a text so that the lead on a study can go back and add personal touches.
The customer service is also very accessible, and in this tech driven business environment...that is imperative.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

Conversely, I also wish that you could designate some emails as only for a certain lead so that a person could designate some as private occasionally.
Also, initially, the system sent ALL calls to one person's phone which was overwhelming. This got rectified, however.

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weave DEFINITELY helps to prevent fires before they start. It has been so useful when a colleague is OOO and one of their clients is attempting to contact them. Another coworker can respond immediately and make sure that the client is satisfied. Our client satisfaction is amazing and we owe a lot of it to the WEAVE platform.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

I find Weave very easy to use, and it didn't take long for me to get used to the system. Everything works just fine, and it's very clear. I really like how fast I can be at my job because of how well it works, and it's pretty easy to use. There are no complications, which is what I love most about it. Since I'm working remotely, I like how everything is within the same screen, so I don't have to struggle finding messages. It's very convenient and helps me be fast at my job.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

The lack of noise cancellation in calls is something I think could be improved. When I'm working from home, there's always background noise I can't get away from, like my neighbor's renovations. If Weave could incorporate noise cancellation, it would be the perfect tool for me.

I use Weave to quickly respond to text messages and manage calls, making communication with patients seamless. It helps me keep everything on one screen, reducing struggle and improving my efficiency, especially when working remotely.

I believe the most helpful thing about weave is the pre set templates that can be made to send clients messages.I love how easy weave is to use.

I think the one thing that weave can improve is allowing buisness to filter the clinets they try to send messages to. I dont know who to contact for customer service. I would like for Weave to be able to intergrate with Ezyvet.

The analytics are super easy to access and understand, the VOIP service is unmatched, the texting is so efficient and helpful to patients, the ability to text a patient to pay is an AR dream, and the Weave phone app perfect for admin users needing to handle things unexpectedly or when out of office.

Managing the overdue recare list has never been easier for the team. It saves so much time and Weave provides a ton of information about the patient, therefore allowing the team to contact the patient without even being in the PMS.

Love the weave gives us the ability to text patients or patients can text us when they are not able to get on the phone. Every time I have to call customer support they always resolve the issues that we are having. It is super easy to use especially on a daily use basis. There are multiple different features that we have put to use and has definitely made things smoother in office.

When Weave does go down or they are having issues we are not notified and I only find out when I call in to find out whats going on.

I have been using Weave for about a year and find it incredibly valuable for communication within my team and with customers. I love how easy it is to schedule and discuss payments with clients using Weave. The initial setup was seamless and straightforward, which I appreciated immensely. Its user-friendly interface makes navigating through the tabs and functions a breeze, allowing anyone to use it without difficulty. I am particularly fond of the communication features—chats and messaging are particularly useful, enabling me to effectively communicate with team members and customers. Weave organization also excels in providing a transparent, smooth, and straightforward communication channel that enhances my role and productivity. It's clear and uncomplicated compared to other tools, which makes it a compelling choice for me to continue using and recommending to others. **What do you like best about Weave?**

I have been using Weave for about seven years, and it has made a significant positive impact on my work. The Weave phone tree is incredibly helpful in managing and organizing calls efficiently. Another standout feature is the ability to record conversations and revisit them as needed, which simplifies reviewing past communications. I particularly enjoy being able to text patients, which is a highly convenient feature for maintaining communication. Additionally, Weave integrates seamlessly with other software like Office Meet and Exam Writer, enhancing its functionality. At South Tulsa Pediatrics, our experience with Weave has been absolutely fantastic! The system is incredibly easy to use and has made a huge difference in how efficiently we communicate with our patients and families.

The ability to call and text directly through the platform, view caller details instantly, and manage voicemails and messages all in one place has simplified our workflow and saved us so much time throughout the day. Our staff loves how user-friendly and organized the system is — training new team members has been effortless.

We also appreciate how well Weave integrates with our practice software, keeping patient information and communication in sync. The customer support team is always friendly, quick to respond, and eager to help with any questions.

Weave communication through texting, calling, and scheduling are useful to maintain successful communication with the patients. The Call Intelligence feature is a standout: it records, transcribes, and analyzes calls, making it easy to train staff, catch missed opportunities, and improve our client service based on real data. It’s like having a built-in QA team monitoring performance without the overhead. The platform integrates smoothly with our existing systems, and implementation was refreshingly painless.

The reporting and analytics dashboards outside of Call Intelligence still feel a bit difficult—more customization and deeper insights would go a long way. The app can sometimes lag, and we've experienced occasional syncing issues, but apart from that, the customer service is really good and it helps us to overcome the problem that we might face

Before Weave, we were using multiple tools just to handle basic client communication—one for calls, another for texting, a separate system for payments, and none of them talked to each other. Weave has a great feature that can be easily understand and can be easily navigate without a step by step instruction. The features are friendly to a person who is not a techy.

The one thing that I dislike is the pop out notification that I could not turn off but this also helps me to be aware of the messages and faxes that are in my office.

The problems that weave solving is the appointment confirmation. Whenever the patients are confirming there schedule it automatically confirms in our system which is a great feature that lessens the time I spend in confirming the schedules.

I use the app from Monday - Saturday, and overall, my experience has been very positive. It was very easy to set up and the customer support provides a solution to any of our concerns. some of the app features on my phone that aren't available, like the AI generated replies. Sometime the app is glitchy and I a have to close and reopen. Customer support is really slow and haven't had great luck with knowledgable help

Weave continues to be a useful tool for our office needs.  Weave allows us to keep in touch with our patients even when we are away from the office.  Their mobile app is easy to navigate and user friendly.  Our office uses the mobile app when we aren't able to get into the office due to severe weather in our mountain community. Our patients appreciate being able to reach us even if we aren't able to be present in the office.

There are a few features we do not use but all in all, Weave has been good for our practice.

Communicating with our patients is made incredibly simple with Weave.  We gain from this since it enables us to address any problems our patients may be experiencing promptly.

One software can be used by multiple office location.
It has everything i can possibly imagine needed in a dental office including managing appointments. Such a smart tool and good investment.

Its capability is good but its not available in some parts of the world like in the Philippines. We have a remote assistant in PH but she cannot use it or download it in Android or App Store.

Patients Scheduling, payment collection options, other than sms, calling and it has data analysis in the back end report is amazing.

It helps our office staff to multitask. It is much easier to help patients at the check in window and communicate via text rather than with voice calls. We also have patients send pictures of their insurance cards so we can insurance we have accurate information prior to their visits.

No issues at this time. We just need to make patients more aware of our texting capabilities.

We use Weave as our phone system provider and love all the features available. I especially love the Call Intelligence feature that helps us give better feedback and coaching to our admin team on phone skills.  Not only can we give our patients a better experience, but we also have access to detailed stats to be aware of more growth opportunities for our practice.

No issues or concerns. The practice analytics are not as comprehensive as other programs, but that is not what I primarily use it for.

I wanted to have more detailed information on how our admin team is handling our patient calls.  Not only can I see what how many calls were happy vs unhappy, I can also see stats for each team member and what calls resulted in booked appointments.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

I find Weave extremely beneficial for my business needs, especially in providing faster patient communication and response which significantly saves time. I appreciate the capability to text patients immediately or schedule texts for future delivery, making patient engagement much more efficient. Over the past four years, Weave has been instrumental in maintaining seamless communication, which was initially recommended by the previous owner and has continually proven to enhance operational efficiency and patient interaction. This smooth operational flow is one of the main reasons I would choose to purchase Weave again.

I find the cost of Weave to be higher than I'd like, which affects the overall value and affordability.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

They save us a ton of money on credit card processing. That is the biggest value, but they also make our lives easier with the app and being able to see the schedule while closed. The ability to text patient from our business phone and received photos is a huge plus as well. Their customer service is great too.

I can't think of anything. Honestly. It is a great program.

High cost of accepting credit cards. Easier communication and ability to see things while we are closed.

I love how Weave lets me quickly contact any patients and schedule messages easily. The voicemail transcription feature is amazing too. I really appreciate the user-friendliness of the software; it's very easy to navigate. The interface is straightforward, and I like that patients are able to send pictures when needed. Setting up Weave was very easy, which I also value.

Sometimes the 'New Message' box keeps popping up even when I close out of it.

I love that Weave is our phone carrier, which gives us one stop shopping for phone, text, and fax.

I wish the integration actually pulled up the patients account in Open Dental when a call or text comes through.

Before Weave, we had a VOIP phone provider as well as a land line for faxing.  We also used Open Dental's limited texting option.  With Weave, we have it all in one place.  The two-way texting has made our front desk staff much more efficient.

I love the text messaging feature. It is the primary way I communicate with our clients. I love that we have calls recorded as well.

I dislike that you often have to refresh your browser in order to get updated messages. The old version before it being updated itself automatically. Now, it seems that in order to get the new messages coming in I have to refresh everything and it takes more time than it used to.

Being able to communicate with clients when the spa is sometimes too busy to take a call, or when a client is too busy to talk in the phone, helps engage return visits and help our patients have information regarding their services, accounts and appointments in a HIPAA compliant format.

It saves time confirming patient and communicating via text regarding any appointment information to each patient. The new patient forms flow into each chart as well saving time and resources.

I wish in the schedule part of the app you can click an icon and move to a specific date without clicking the arrows over multiple times to get to the week your patient is scheduled on.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

For our office, it is a great help that we can text to communicate with patients as it is sometimes faster for patients who prefer to message than have a phone call.
It has helped with our forms as well.
We love the reminders for those who are scheduled and the recall system to catch patients who haven't yet been scheduled.
We also use it as a communication among staff while at the office which helps keep everyone on the same page.
When needing customer support they are easy to get ahold of.

There are still some glitches here and there with the system. But overall we don't have any downsides.

The integration with our PIMS system (Cornerstone) has been so helpful. The texting option has been a lifesaver for our hospital. Everyone loves to text, and this makes communication easier and also allows for more accurate record keeping of client communication. The onboarding process was easy and quick. It si also very user friendly.

The one criticism is that since it is an internet-based system, if there is an outage of any kind, the entire phone system is down. Other than that, we have not had any issues.

Weave is affordable, easy to use and very customizable. The caller ID syncing with practice software is convenient so you can immediately identify the client and their pets before even picking up the phone. The text messaging feature is great and convenient that it can be the same number as the main phone line.

It only updates every 24 hours which can be confusing for clients who get reminders for cancelled appointments. It would also be better if the phones themselves showed who was calling rather than just the app.

Weave gives us better access to our clients with 2 way texting, customizable forms that are easy to build and send to clients, and an internal team chat for us to keep our staff up to date on the day to day business. Weave has streamlined many of our processes making them more efficient and informative.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

So far we haven't come across any issues that we don't like. If Payments could be integrated with Ezyvet that would be awesome. (We would have used Weave for payments, but it didn't integrate and the charges were more than what we were paying with our current provider.)  Because I love the functionality of Weave, I would love if they developed an HR tool with AI dictation for corrective action and performance review meetings that could be uploaded into their personnel file.

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us better access to our clients - communication is so vital when working with clients and their pets. The owners are who we work with day to day, but we are treating a patient that can't tell us anything. Making sure we are in close communication, especially when patients are in critical condition, is one of the most beneficial features for us. The customizable forms have helped us set ourselves up for success in being able to send those ahead of time, making check in and processing times more efficient and smooth.

Weave is a very easy application to use. It's not complicated as the interface is very simple and has all the features that an office might need to operate on a daily basis. It's also easy to start and implement the app and is customizable to our needs. Our office uses it all the time to communicate with both patients and with coworkers, ensuring effective communication and integration to our everyday office life.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

I do notice that Weave still has some technical issues--sometimes I would have to reload my Weave app as the messages do not come through my computer when communicating with colleagues. It's not that big of a deal, but it does become kind of a nuisance, especially when things are getting busy in the office.

Weave is effective in making sure patients and staff are communicating effectively. It also allows staff to solve problems remotely and efficiently. Weave also makes sure that patients needs are met as they send us their concerns and questions through Weave.

The app can be quite slow sometimes, especially when nice features like Call Intelligence are turned on, because the call recording it requires to work really slows it down

The biggest problem is that we were spending nearly $4-5 thousand dollars a month on our phone service.. Weave costs about 1/8th of that with the same (and some better) features

Working in a healthcare office, weave has been amazing! With weave we are able to send texts and emails to patients, we can also send forms that they need to fill out. Things we haven't started using yet but will be soon is being able to fax and take payments through weave. Weave is VERY easy to uses, our staff use it on a daily basis.

So far we have had no downsides. Any issues we have had have been solved in a timely manner.

Weave has allowed us to do function we weren't able to before, such as texting out patients. We are also able to listen back to phone calls to allow us to ensure accurate information to patient and help educate/review calls with our staff as needed.
