
I love that weave can be connected to your phone lines at the office and keep everything in one places. Recorded calls, call tracking, text messages, IM system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inner hospital DM system has no way to have an emoji response or thread response in the general tab. I would love the ability to "thumbs up" something instead of needing to reply all to instruction given to a group. There is also no way to update a client contact that was imported when Weave was installed (if someone's address or phone number changes, you can not update their client card).
