What do you like best about Waystar?

It is being able to download all of the payments at once and submit them to the EMR and get a good start on incoming payments. Electronic submission of primary insurances is simple. Waystar is one of our favorites because it is simple to use for verifications and reports. When used to check for active insurance coverage, for example, the findings are virtually quick. What problems is Waystar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems include determining the correct payors and determining which companies are loaded and which are not. Benefits include having a single point of contact for most insurance coverages. The fact that it is convenient is a significant benefit. The company chose this tool because it allowed them to bill without having to post payments one by one and upload zero payments with simplicity.
